    mine varies and i don't or simply cannot afford a whole series of toy lines. I get and buy what i like, sometimes maybe more of a toy from a series, but never enough to complete it, actually.

    Haha, I actually went and had a look at my nunbers for this.

    G1= 146

    G2= 1 (ahahahah)

    BW+BM (9+21)= 30

    CR/RID= 51

    ARM/ML+ENG/SL+CYB/GF (119+58+60)= 237(!)

    Classics/Generations+RTS (103+21)= 124

    07 Movie/Allspark+ROTF/HFTD+DOTM (58+76+41)= 175

    PCC= 39 (hmm, counting combiner limbs as 1 each? Dunno about that...)

    Animated= 46

    Prime= 13

    With a smattering of WSTs, Masterpieces, Crossovers, RPMs, Kreo, Botshots, Titaniums, BT, ALTs and a fiar few Japanese PVCs (105!)... but these guys don't really come close to the mainlines.

    Anyway according to numbers the Armada/Energon/Cybertron trilogy is my 'mainlne' (boosted massively by the Minicons no doubt, those pesky little sidekickbots!) but the Classics/Generations/RTS stuff is probably the mainline in my head.

    I actually have 4 different "Classics" collections.

    The "Classicverse", the guys who appeared in the Fun Pub Marvel derived stores.

    The "Wings of Honor/G2 Redux", the guys who appeared in the Fun Pub Sunbow derived stories.

    The "CHUGers", any non-Legends Classic-style molds that have not appeared in the above fiction.

    The "Classic Legends", any Legends Classic style molds of G1/G2 characters.

    I also collect Shattered Glass.

    Most numerous are classics, followed by movie stuff, animated, BW and specials (MP's, BT's, alternity's...)

    I generally buy what's on sale somewhere.

    The master plan.

    Classics. To which I mean any fig that represents or can be used to represent a "g1" character. Whether it be a character from the original toyline, the various comics or the g1 toon.

    So characters like Straxus or the rainmaikers are every bit as g1 in my classics verse as prowl or ramjet or whatever...
