    Read title

Mine would have to be Halo. I have only read Contact Harvest, The Flood (game adaptation) and another one of which the name alludes me but i very much enjoyed them.

Edit: The one i couldnt remember was the Cole Protocol

I think Star Wars wins for me in terms of an expanded universe through books.

I am one of the lone people who enjoyed the Doom novels.

I too enjoyed the Doom books (first 2 more than the last 2) but Star Wars is pretty damn hard to argue against. There's something for just about anyone.

If only due to the sheer number of them.

The Doom books rocked when I was like 12.

Easily Star Wars expanded universe. That's pretty much all I've been reading for the last year.

The Archie Sonic the Hedgehog comic was pretty good for a time (things started going downhill after the Endgame arc). I also love the Star Wars Expanded Universe to bits.

I love the SW expanded universe, as others have mentioned.

Recently been re-discovering my love for the G.I.JOE movie prequel and novelization. They had better dialogue than the movie and a far better ending. I hope Retaliation has a prequel novel this time around, because I'd love to have an epic trilogy before seeing the movie.

Do you mean the Draconomicon? The 3rd Edition was pretty fantastic, I thought. I have that on my shelf.

The Expanded Universe Star Wars stuff is pretty good - I used to be pretty into it, reading the Timothy Zahn stuff, the Boba Fett trilogy, and others. I remember getting my mom to buy me "Splinter of the Mind's Eye" when I was a kid - always loved that book, but due to being a kid I didn't get what Vader meant when he told Leia he could show her some "novel uses for a lightsaber" :lol

I used to like a lot of the Star Trek books back in the day - "The Vulcan Academy Murders" was a favorite, as was "The Wounded Sky". I used to read as many of those as I could get my hands on.

I remember seeing a WWE book way back when, that had wrestlers doubling as secret agents or something silly like that. Just glancing through it, I could feel my IQ draining away...

The Star Wars EU is easily the winner for me. There's just so many books out there and quite a few of them are really good like the Thrawn trilogy.

The Star Wars EU. Nothing can come close to it for me.
