Exactly what the title says. My favorite Optimus Prime combo is Cybertron Optimus Prime and Cybertron Wingsaber! SONIC WING MODE!

I'll go with Fire Guts God Ginrai.  

 

God Ginrai. Though "Jetpants" Armada Prime is fun.

 

Generally, I prefer Optimus as a one-man army rather than a guy that needs a power-up. But, God Ginrai and RiD Prime's super mode are both alright.

 

Omega prime is my only combining prime, but I'd say it's one of the best ones overall.

 

Rid super mode is awesome

 

God Ginrai is pretty kewl. Next is ROTF combo. The rest .... meh.

That said, I don;t own any of the figures listed above, sadly.

 

That will have to be RID Omega Prime. It gets deducted some points for not using all parts of Optimus, but it's still handsomely in the lead for me. (yes, I know there are fanmodes using all parts)

 

Currently, the only one that I own, which is Fire Convoy.
Though, when Jetpower Optimus comes out, it might be him.

 

Classics Prime and Jetfire!

...If that counts.

 

Cybertron Prime and the combinations. Definitely the most solid of all the combinations and looks badass to boot. Energon Optimus & Wing Saber isn't bad either. Omega Prime LOOKS awesome but it's super floppy and falls apart if looked at funny.

 

I'd have to vote for RID Optimus's super mode, with Omega Prime a very close second. I just love how all of that armor clips onto Prime.

I've never gotten this complaint. It took me a long time to finally get hold of Optimus and Magnus, but I've never had any trouble with Omega Prime being anything less than rock solid - and these are secondhand figures, no less. The sheer size and mass cuts down on posing potential, to be sure, but I've yet to see anything on him fall apart.

 

Best combo mode I vote for RID
Best humping mode goes to Jetfire/Wingsaber riding Optimus

Kina surprised no one mentioned Energon Optimus Supreme...even in passing.
