G1 Mirage. Nearly perfect replica to the original and "0" flaws.

My G1 Devastator (the high-quality giftset one). Actually better than the original I had a few years ago... go figure.

Same. It is hard to beat a KO that actually IMPROVES on the original.

I usually don't buy KO unless it has the name of my favorite bot. So with that, it used to be City Commander, but now it's Heerotoymaker WST Ultra Magnus black/glow-in-dark/color version. Those miniature g1 UMagnus look just adorable. And once Igears releases it's version of MP UMagnus w/ trailer, that will take the 1st spot.

None. Don't own any KOs and never will.

Not bashing anyone who does like/buy KOs but they're not for me.

Exactly. After all, KO's are great fillers for when Takara can't/won't reissue their own.

Hate? What is this emotion you call 'hate'? :p

Like I said, everyone is free to do their own thing, but for me a KOs do not belong in my collection. I would forever be looking at it thinking "damn you, cheap imposter".

My dislike of KOs has nothing to do with the quality (or lack of), it is simply down to the fact that it is not a real Transformer. It is just something made to look exactly like one.

    Ah, I thought that.
Then they became easy repaints / retouches to fill holes in my collection.

Par example, monsieur: Some £1 KO of the old Machine Wars Cyberjets in jungle camo? Why, a lick of yellow paint on the visor and a Predacon or Decepticon symbol of choice and I have a good-enough Botcon DOFP Waspinator. For an effing quid.

    Ahahahahahahahaha.

See also: The recent Combaticon KOs being more show-accurate to RiD than the toys that came out at the time. Wooooot. Rollbar and Armorhide. Wooot.

The only KO I have is a KO Raiden. The plastic quality is crap but it was cheap and thats all that I cared about. My older brother brought me back Suiken from Japan in the 80's and ever since then I wanted the rest of the train-bots to make Raiden. After seeing how expensive he is now, I found a KO and it suits me fine.

I have a pretty sweet KO set of Robot Masters Star Saber and Victory Leo; the joints are loose and the handle long since broke off the sword, but you can wedge in the handle and manage a good enough pose to display (were I ever so inclined; as of now, I'm not) and it mostly looks the part, save the lack of accurate stickers. They used to have them at Family Dollar for something like $5-6, but I don't think they carry them anymore.
