So i pulled Powerglide off the shelve and this is what his leg looked like. Any ideas?
EDIT: he is not directly out of package, have had him a long while. two weeks ago the leg did not look like that.

It looks very very corrosive. You wanna check up the side of his body to see if there's acid coming out from his batteries and dripping down onto the leg.

Right on, that's good advice, a battery leak could be the source of the problem.

Especially since the batteries are housed in his manboobs, and the man boobs could not be hovering more central to that joint the OP showed in the picture.

I would guess battery leak. Unless somehow something like paint thinner or acetone nail polish remover managed to drop into the figure's knee.

    LMFAO!!!!

At first I was like, "This dude Transformers toys like he's roid raging", and then I read the battery leakage posts and completely forgot Powerglide even had batteries since I took mine out ASAP (I felt like I couldn't touch him without bullet noises).

Btw Rumble, I'm about to replace my powerglide with Walmart or Henkei red, so if you want my US version like yours, by all means PM me. It's mint, and it's not a figure I need two of.

this re-inspired me to keep taking batteries out of my figs.

I used to do it all the time and I got lazy I guess.

Im gonna do a once over tomorrow to make sure all the batteries are out.
