What is with Nintendo and their Virtual Console?

    Maybe they are focusing on 3ds vc and wii u right now I'm sure the wii u will transfer all of the games and maybe include GameCube and dreamcast.

    They gave up on it years ago. For a lot of publishers, it got to the point that the money it was taking getting all the rights to some of these titles sorted out, wasn't worth whatever little they were making back from VC sales. So a lot of them just stepped away from the table and said, "No thanks."

    Part of the issue, despite the amount of shovelware, apparently the WiiWare service was stealing most of the sales; which shows that oddly enough people want new experiences more than heritage games (which in of itself is bizarre considering the nature of Nintendo products/community).
