What is the strangest thing you've ever randomly found?

To answer my own question, I once found a pizzabox in a public restroom.

When I worked for the streets department for the city I live in, I once found a diamond ring at the city dump. I was standing outside of our truck as it was being dumped, looked down, and there it was.

Off the top-of-my head...Coming back from a bar one night, my ex-girlfriend and I found near the stairs of my apartment a guy fucked up out his mind and rubbing dog shit all over himself. He proceeded to speak to us in gibberish, my ex freaked out swung at him with her purse, and I proceeded up the stairs practically crying from laughing so hard.

Since there was no inscription on it, I took it to a jeweler friend of mine, and had him remove the stone. Believe it or not, that was 10 years ago, and I still have the stone put away for safe keeping.

The ring itself was pretty mangled. I let my friend keep the gold as payment for taking care of me. I'm sure he just melted it down and used it for something else.

Some woman's wedding ring when I was a kid.

I returned it to the owner and was paid $20 for it.

I took the money and bought G1 Skullcruncher at a Montogmery Wards.

Ironically, it was stolen less than a week later.

i found a copper head on the road yesterday. it was dead, but it looked like it was still alive, we threw him in a lake anyway. then we found this creek where the storm drain emptied into, and a turd fell out.

I find polaroids of random people around everywhere. I mean public places, not at home. I can't explain it. I have some fairly hilarious ones, I should scan a few

A McDonald's Beast Machines Cheetor outside my house in the middle of the road. Despite where it was, no cars ever ran over it. The thing was completely unscratched.

Since he was one of the few McDonalds Beast Machines toys I did not have I kept him and still have him today. Neat little toy.
