Rioter Despotron is almost as good as Striker Manus. He's a bit more limited, but can still pull off very intimidating poses, including ones that help hide the weirdness of his knees when past the standard 90.

MP Cheetor, hands down. Borders on Figuart-level range.

RTS Prime has terrible elbows and knees, though.

I think Classics Mirage is the most articulated official transformer that I know of.
    There's is also
    Last Knight voyager Megatron
    Animated deluxe Prowl
    HftD Lugnut
    HftD Terradive...
    ...&armadascavenger...

Going to have to try Cheetor as well!
As for the RTS Prime, I agree too. It was weird. I bought the figure new but it was incredibly floppy. Great articulation, but mine suffered from floppiness.

The Sentinel Optimus Prime pen has a lot of ball joints that makes him very posable. Like many already said, MP 36 is also a champion in this regard. Honorable mention to Maketoys Utopia that has almost all joints you can wish for, but some haven't a great range of motion and his bulkiness can go in the way of posing.

He's both the most articulated figure and my favorite figure. Can't recommend him highly enough.

Probably Toys Alliance MAS-01 Optimus Prime or ThreeA Evasion Optimus Prime. They're also the biggest and most detailed I own too.

HFTD Terradive is really up there. Excellent articulation all around, wrist swivels, double-jointed elbows, knees... I can't really imagine anything more from a Voyager, let alone a Deluxe.

Surprised to see RTS Prime come up. He's got the points of articulation on paper, but his shoulder spread is weak and he's got less than 90 degree bend in the elbows and knees. He's like the aforementioned MP-01 Prime; the joints are there on paper, but he can't really use them (though for different reasons).

Well most of my TFs have "average" articulation. I guess the one that's a bit above average is TLK voyager megs...

Ooooh, toss up between MP Cheetor and MP Megatron. Primal and Inferno are pretty damn posable and emotive too though. Let's just say new Masterpieces.

Definitely MakeToys Cross Dimension Rioter Despotron and, especially, Striker Manus.

I don't own many Masterpiece or any Third Party figures, being on a budget, but the most articulated figures I own at this time are 20th Anniversary Masterpiece Optimus Prime, and Titans Return Fortress Maximus. Both have stability issues, but I'll give points to Prime for having more articulation in the thumbs, and an articulated mouthplate. Battle Blade Bumblebee from the movie line deserves a mention, too. I don't own one anymore, but it could pull of some sweet poses. Heck, pretty much any version of Movie Bumblebee from 2007 to 2011 has some of the most articulated feet I've ever seen on a Transformer. I'll give my last call out to Prime Starscream. I own the mainline version, not the First Edition, but it's sleek design can pull off a variety of amazing poses.

I think MechIdeas Apex and Geminus might be the best articulated figures on my shelf (although their joints are in dire need of floor polish)

    Tossup between either MPM

Also, if you had a Transformers figure with soundclips, it could also be one of your most articulated figures. It would be able to articulate its speech very well (I'm so sorry why do I have the privilege of being alive)

The Striker Manus/Noir mold is definitely the most insanely articulated full figure I have ever had the joy of holding, though RotF Lockdown pulls ahead as the most highly-articulated in one very specific area: neck joints.

He has four, three of which are ball joints. That's a lot. You can turn his face upside-down.

Umm, I think it would probably be Astrotrain, or Slugslinger.
