I've noticed over the course of the movie franchise, there's been many types of liquid oozing from a Transformer. There's been natural Energon, 'blood', and green slime?

The green gunk was first shown when Ironhide was blasted by Sentinel in DoTM. But what the Hell is it? Everyone else has bled Energon and 'blood', but what's this green crap?

Little did the world know that Popeye the sailorman was Ironhide's biggest idol, but even Spinach can't protect you from cosmic rust.

Ravage had green slime, too. Can't say if it's the same 'type' or not.

Living beings and complex machinery both have myriad bodily fluids pumping through themselves, so it stands to reason TFs would have their share of goos. However, since transforming robots from space are entirely alien from us in every sense (and that the various gunk dribbles are probably added just to look "cool") I don't think we can ever definitively classify all the different types of substances, especially when the they are brought up upon injury (much less injury that's rapidly eroding the body).

following the logic of the movieverse... it would probably be some type of car liquid (antifreeze, oil, etc)

He was so disgusted that Sentinel had betrayed him that he was vomiting while dying.

Probably some Energon that was rusted or something already by Sentinel's gun. Which makes it more horrifying the way Ironhide died: it was the equivalent of a human being shot so hard in the back that he was throwing up blood, and even worse he was rusting/melting/dissolving into nothing. Imagine coughing up your own blood that was more like cement by that time. /morbid
