Mine was MIB not MISB. MISB will go for $300.00 or more. I didnt want to spend that much. But keep an eye out on ebay and sometimes you can get a good deal when someone falls asleep and forgets to bid.

Anyways what's the deal with this figure, like why is it so expensive/sought after as opposed to other reissues?

    Well......

I got a friend willing to sell for $200, looks like it is MISB and very good condition.

Guess it's a no brainer to take?

Take it either way MIB or MISB its a great deal.

You know I am not entirely sure why. I think its because of the way he is packaged and I think it was a limited run and also because he was part of the TFC Collection. But I am not 100% sure.

Neverunderand why an reissue could cost so much when you can get a g1 MIB one for around $100-$150(depends on box condition)

Do you think the 25th will kill the price on this one? The box and packaging is defintely top notch on this one. Will they use the same mold and is that the same original G1 mold? Has it shown any signs of aging like others have?

i think 25th will have smaller smokestacks like the recent tru reissues if thats what you mean. we saw it with the original long stacks but i heard they WILL be shortened for the release :( .

$200 is a pretty good deal.

But heard that the TFC prime has some pretty delicate smokestacks quality issue going on. Anyone can verify?

That'd be so nice to have. I got a pretty good deal a few years ago on the TFC Megatron (I think), $50 misb and free shipping. Hopefully one day I can get this guy to go with him without breaking the bank!
