They added more paint applications on the figures. I believe Bumblebee has a new head (battle mask).

They all have more movie accurate paint schemes, and Bumblebee has a new head mold with his battle mask up.

Prime also has a new head and a sword.
Better paint. BB has two variants, normal head in premium, and battle mask in premium. (Stealth BB was the first with battle mask in premium colors, though his body was black instead of yellow.)
Everyone else has just better paint apps. And they only gave jazz the right gun with his final battle version, not even his premium had it. =/

Prime also has a different electronic sound. When you bring his head up using automorph, it plays the transformation noise instead of the other beeping noise it used to play.

You should check the TF Wikia for the specific toy, it has a very detailed write up on each toy and version and how they differ. Good stuff. :)

Neither have I. There's no variant, but the Capture of Bumblebee Screen Battles set might as well be the Premium version, only it doesn't have the battle mask head.

Screen Battles Bumblebee had gray instead of black robot parts.

Premium Bumblebee had gray robot parts, a battle helmet head sculpt and additional painted pinstripes.

There's no actual Premium Bumblebee with a "standard" head, unless someone swapped out parts.

    Generally, they're less shitty.

Naw, I kid, movie toys were cool.

wat has to be said has been said already :D  but yeah, theyre definitely better than the original toys...wonder why hasbro didnt release figures with the premium paint job initially...obviously so that they could make everyone buy the figures again, i suppose :D
