They have a reputation for being verrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrry slooooooooooooooooooooow when it comes to checking sales inquiries. I guess the owner checks his inbox only every so often, so yeah you go a period of time between when you e-mail them and when you get a response. The owner has been doing this for a while, as I understand it, so it appears things aren't changing anytime soon.

I brought a Rampage/Silverbolt 2 pack from him last year. Took him 3 months to email me lol!

If you are looking for BBTS/TFSOURCE service, you won't find it there.

HOWEVER, once he does email you, you'll be very happy with his service. The toy shop is just a random thing he does on the side and as you can tell, he doesn't make a lot of money from it.

He will reply eventually if you do not mind waiting. Busy dude!

Yeah, I can't see it being a strong selling point, and it doesn't help that it looks like a toned down emo kid's ebay or geocities page... :(

That site hasn't had an overhaul since about 98.

It doesn't necessarily make it 'bad', but before bbts, tfsource, before eBay exploded, buying toys on the internet was very diff to what it is now.

Yep, this was one of the original online stores. Anyone remember Cybertron City? I preordered the first prime reissue from them and you had to pay upfront with a money order.

Lol, to everyone complaining about bbts and tfsource now, You wouldn't if you were shopping during the time before PayPal :)

I used to shop from this guy many years ago, yeah slow to respond but no problems really. He used to sell at BotCons, probably in the late 90s, I don't know if he still goes. I mostly bought KOs from him.

I've dealt with toyhell a few times. They are extremely slow, but I have always gotten my order...usually with an extra something or other thrown in.

Looks like his prices are fair, but having to wait an untold amount of time to receive your order makes it too "iffy" to me to bother with personally.

The only Ebay Seller that I gave a negative feedback too was MadBeanz aka Toyhell.com. Hes going to be featured on Collection Intervention.

Not too sure about the movie project he was doing. I hope to hear back from him though I hate to say this but he has a few items I really want and a price I can afford. It kinda sounds too good to be true, I have a feeling it might be also....sadly

i've bought stuffs from him using his website and at the botcon, really nice guy, really reasonable prices too. the downside is of course slow email and website update which means the item you want might be already sold out by the time he replies.
