What is the deal with Bandai Creation?

I recently came across the 12 inch Gigan figure at Toys R Us.
While I am glad I found the figure, I am completely frustrated with Bandai.

I mean, what is the deal with Bandai Creation?
Why is the department of Bandai that makes the Godzilla figures called ‘Bandai Creation’ yet the company Bandai doesn’t appear to know that Bandai Creation exists? Why not just bring it out as 'Bandai' and list the products available?

On the package of the Godzilla toys it says to find Bandai Creation on the web go to Bandai.com - Home: find toys for Power Rangers, Ben 10, Dragon Ball, Tamagotchi, and Action Figures –which contains no information on the Bandai Creation department nor does it list a single Godzilla figure.

The toys appear to only be available at Toys R Us and pharmacies and there is no telling when they might restock or what they might carry if they do restock.
I just don’t understand it. Some of the figures are new molds that weren’t available in Japan.
Why go to the trouble to come up with a product and then ignore it?

If it wasn’t for fan sites I wouldn’t even know these things existed.

Kmart also carried/carries the Godzilla line; they got on board almost from the beginning, but especially once KB bit the dust.

Bandai Creation is weird. They make no effort to advertise their products or when new releases are coming, and it's not even clear what differentiates them from the rest of Bandai America.

Yep, it's those. Which Mechagodzilla do you need from the line? There's the 12" Kiryu and 6" versions of the Showa and Heisei ones. Kiryu and especially the Showa MG are some of the most desirable of the bunch, which sucks for you. Still need the Showa one myself!

They had the Showa Mecha G when I was there.
Would it be worth it for me to pick one up and ship it?
