Good theory, but wouldn't the big messed up thing on his head remind him of that?

Maybe he just likes to look tough or something.

They had no dialogue, which is what makes human children suck.

What about the names of the characters being based on words that had never been spoken before? Waspinator? Dinobot?

Remember that the Beast Warriors might be IN the past, they are not FROM the past.
They're from a time 300 years after the end of the Great War, so LONG after their initial discovery of humanity and it's terms of animal naming.

well he can't see that very well, can he? Every time he does anything with his arm though, there's the empty EMP slot.

Waspinator's name is awesome because really, it sounds like he made it up himself, which in the Show is basically what they all did besides Primal and Megs.

Also, I wonder if the truck blaster Prime thing would be small enough to use as Voyager Prime's vehicle mode?

I guess it's possible that Lockdown modified the EMP to fit him so it didn't fit Ratchet properly anymore, and for the reasons mentioned he's not bothered to fix it yet. If you look at how he put Prime's grappling hooks back in, it clearly needed some work, which Ratchet would also have to do to himself to get the thing working properly.

Maybe it's as simple as he can't fix it himself but needs another doc-bot to fit him with it.

I wanna know why they just continue to leave "The Ark" completely unmanned and unguarded. Blitzwing and Lugnut knew where it was, and Starscream had a pretty good idea ... so why wait and announce they're going there to get the AllSpark if they aren't actually going to BE there?

Let's look back at Ratchet's line that goes something like this:

"It's not that I don't want to remember... I have to remember. For those who can't."

It seems that he would rather leave it off, as a constant reminder to why he fights, who he fights for, and what sets him apart from the others. His mentality of war not being kind is a drastic departure from how the other Autobots think. It is a haunting memory, sure... but a necessary one.

I don't think Blitzwing or Lugnut know that there's anything of significant importance on there. We know the Allspark's there, but they don't. I would see no real reason for them to want the ship.

Edit: Whoops! Radioactive Ravage beat me to it. I totally agree that his line at the end implies he left it off on purpose as a reminder.

Especially since the last time they went down there, they got blown to bits. :lol
