I saw one at GenCon some years back. They had a demo version out that I broke. I lost interest.

It's not bad, but the robot mode is totally unposeable because of the dragon mode. He's also kinda fragile, I never broke one but I can see how it would since the parts connecting each section are so tiny.

Hmmm, mine was pretty durable. I chucked him into a box and he's still fine...the whole line was kind of strange and cool at the same time.

I believe it was released initially in Japan to counter Beast Wars...this series consisted of dino and prehistoric animal skeletons.

Gi-Dragon here even combines with a bat...

I had the T-Rex and Stegosaurus from that line...by the time I decided to get them all the line was done and I haven't been able to find much of them on Ebay:(  They were pretty cool!

I got him once, within about a week, four of the ball joint connectors, and one foot connector had snapped, so he was thrown in the broken box I had back then, and I never thought anything of the line again.

Liked the line.. I have the blue brachio and I had the Ceratopsid brothers that were a combiner. I remember one of the ceratopsids broke somehow in a move, but they were still kewl figures.

The plastic had a wierd feel to them though.

Went down to my import stores today to check out these guys and guess what? Some of these toys are still in existance! Although they were being dumped (Dragon dude was around US$15), no one was touching them. A rather sad end to a rather cool line!
