lets say transformers ends after tf3 wat would u do
I would be very, very devastated if Transformers ended immediately after TF3.
Hmm....well, if TF's overall ended after a third movie, I would probably round off my collection, and move on. Maybe attempt to attain a complete RID collection over a period of time. Get or build some nice shelves for my collection. Then move on to something else to collect.
Or just carry on as normal.
i wouldnt be surprised because if it did end it would end on a high note but that doesnt mean i think it will end
I would be very, very disappointed. But I would be able to save up money to complete other lines, which I would begin doing. I just hope the prices wouldn't skyrocket.
i would keep collecting until my collection is complete
My wallet would be a whole lot happier. I'd just move on.
I'm not a movie hater, I quite like the film, but the toys' aesthetics do nothing for me. Only first movie toy I bought was Fracture.
As such ROTF will be a good opportunity for me to catch up on other stuff. Between Uni, Ani, Encore, and MP, I've hardly bought any old stuff in the last few months. I'm looking forward to getting into vintage again
Of course, if anybody decides to sell their Transformers when the franchise comes to an end, I'll probably see if I can't snag any of the figures that I've been wanting to get but never had the chance to buy them before they disappear from the shelves.
If the whole franchise ended? It'd be unfortunate, and selfishly I'd be annoyed, but I'd move on. I'd keep everything I'd have, then start planning some kick ass shelves/display area to put everything on.
A few years later though, I'd still plan on picking up a '10 Camaro with Bumblebee paint job. That's the ultimate Transformer 'holy grail' for me personally.
Kill myself....no joke.
If it ends, it better go out with a bang.
If it does end, there will be no other line to take it's place, so I will keep filling up my G1 collection.
It will suck, but life goes on.
this site would still be here and since it makes up 98% of my fandomness I would be a-ok.
Are you talking about Bayformers alone, or the whole franchise? If it's only the former that's coming to an end, I wouldn't give a shit. If it's the entire franchise, I'd be sad as all hell, but at least I'd still have my beloved collection for the memories.
I'd be cool with it - I'd save lots of cash.
In fact, I'd love it. I need to get off the plastic crack.
It will never happen. Transformers will always carry on in some form or another until intelligent life on this planet ceases to exist. Seriously. It's modern day mythology, but it's continually evolving. Someone in another forum, actually it was a blog, and the writer himself suggested that Batman won't be around in another 60 or 70 years. That's insane. As long as there's a market (boys), there will be these iconic figures.
Worst case scenario, Hasbro and Takara Tomy go either bankrupt or insane, in that case...we kill them with fire.
this. exactly. plastic crack is EVIL!
I guess I could reintegrate into normal society but I would not try that hard.
Seriously, I have not know life without Transformers. I just can't imagine it. As a kid we played G-Force before 1984 but that is all bury now.
Why did end?
To what capacity did it end?
Is every aspect of it over?
Does it just cease to exist?
