What if "Patch" refers to...

    ...The Cortical psychic patch?

    Maybe it plays into the story of the episode somehow? Maybe brings in Shockwave, seeing as how he invented it?

    I think the title of the episode has more to do with
    Starscream's attempt to form a truce with Megatron
    . Sort of treating that situation as a wound that needs "patching-up".

    There's an upcoming episode of Prime called "Patch", the description says that it's about
    Starscream trying to patch-things-up with Megatron.

    But I'm thinking the title also refers to the Cortical physic patch.

    Nice in-sight into the title, but I don't think it'll involve that. It'll probably refer to what the thread has been saying;
    Starscream patching things up with Megatron

    The name of the title is Patch, and CPP contains the word patch, but that doesn't necessarily mean that the episode title is referring to the CPP. Let alone any return of Shockwave, which honestly...seems rather unlikely to ever happen.

    I hope in trying to appeal to Megatron, Starscream tells Megatron about how he was ready to fall in line during Partners before Airachnid's mucking things up. Then Megatron looks at Soundwave who plays back Starscream's confession and nods.

    The Patch is referring to Breakdown's eye and how Knockout "patched" Silas up after ripping him apart. Lol

    Could be but patch has been used numerous times and mean different things in Prime, BD's eye, Airachnid episode with BD to patch things up, psychic patch, and now SS's future episode.

    I'm leaning toward SS's trying to patch things up with Megatron.
