A question of the ages begins here...

If all versions/continualities of Optimus Prime were to meet upon the battlefield and fight eachother, who would be the last standing? Here is every version of Prime EVER, from Generation one (G1) to '07 Prime, to Animated Prime. Note that we are not yet aware of Animated Prime's extent of strength, courage, or fireblast. Bet if you wish... but no toy-only incarnations are included.

    Generation 1 Optimus Prime/Convoy/G1 Convoy:

    Alt mode: 18-wheeler, flat-nosed truck
Weaponry: Blaster rifle, trailer defense turret, arm energy axe.
Trailer/rear alt mode component: Included, not integrated.
    Battle/Supermode: None.
    Powerlinx: None.
Additional abilties: Only known to shoot energy from the "Matrix of Leadership".

    War Within Optimus Prime/Convoy (Comics):

    Alt mode: Alien/Cybertronian truck
    Weaponry: Blaster rifle.
    Trailer/rear alt mode component: None.
    Battle/Supermode: None.
    Powerlinx: None.
    Additional abilties: None.

    Powermasters Optimus Prime/Ginrai:

Alt mode: Futuristic truck, resembling a sort of defense carrier
Weaponry: Three Blaster rifles, Defensive trailer/base.
Trailer/rear alty mode component: Included, not integrated.
Battle/Supermode: Included. Utilizes the first trailer to form new legs. New replacement head.
    Powerlinx: Included, combination with Godbomber.
    Additional abilties: Unknown.

Robots in Disguise Optimus Prime/Fire Convoy:

    Alt mode: Japanese Firetruck
Weaponry: Missile launchers, pistols, cannon ladder.
Trailer/rear alt mode component: Included, integrated.
Battle/Supermode: Included. Additional arm, leg, chest, and replacement head.
Powerlinx: Included, combination with Ultra Magnus.
    Additional abilties: None so far.

    Robots in Disguise Scourge/Black Convoy/(Variant: G2 Laser Optimus Prime-comics):

Alt mode: 18-wheeler, nosed tanker truck
    Weaponry: Battle sword.
Trailer/rear alt mode component: Included, not integrated.
    Battle/Supermode: None.
    Powerlinx: None.
    Additional abilties: Unknown.

    Armada Optimus Prime/Convoy:

Alt mode: Futuristic 18-wheeler nosed truck
    Weaponry: Blaster rifle, arm cannons.
Trailer/rear alt mode component: Included, not integrated.
Battle/Supermode: Included. Leg/new arm applications, trailer/legs, and replacement head.
Powerlinx: Included, combination with Jetfire and Overload.
Additional abilties: Mini-con powerup, forming a massive strike known as the "Maximum fire".

    Energon Optimus Prime/Grand Convoy:

Alt mode: Futuristic 18-wheeler, flat-nosed truck
Weaponry: Blaster rifle, Misc. attack abilties.
Trailer/rear alt mode component: Included, not integrated.
Battle/Supermode: Included. Not compatible to combine with trailer. Replacement: Four pod-like drones to form new legs and limbs. They consist of Fire 1, Copter 2, Digger 3, Submarine 4, and protective head gear.
Powerlinx: Included, combination with Omega Supreme and Wingsaber.
Additional abilties: Protective shielding by utilizing Energon Stars, can perform a massive strike known as the "Energon Blast". Which uses a high-dosage of Energon.

    Cybertron Optimus Prime/Galaxy Convoy:

Alt mode: Futuristic Fireengine, presumably a Cybertronian fireengine, or a sort of defense carrier
Weaponry: Blaster rifle, Two large plasma cannons, one consisting of ion energy, leg cannons.
Trailer/rear alt mode component: Included, integrated.
Battle/Supermode: Included. Forms large leg armor, which includes two leg cannons, large "backpack" which includes both large cannons, and protective head gear.
Powerlinx: Included, combination with Leobreaker and Wingsaber.
Additional abilties: Cyber Planet Key power-up, forming a powerful blast of plasma energy form both cannons simmutaneously.

    Movie '07 Optimus Prime/Convoy:

Alt mode: 18-wheeler, nosed Peterbilt truck
Weaponry: Blaster arm rifle, requires additional ammo.
    Trailer/rear alt mode component: None.
    Battle/Supermode: None.
    Powerlinx: None.
    Additional abilties: None so far.

Animated Optimus Prime/Unknown Japanese variant, presumable "Convoy":

    Alt mode: Firetruck
    Weaponry: Battle Axe.
Trailer/rear alt mode component: Included, integrated.
    Battle/Supermode: None.
    Powerlinx: Unknown.
    Additional abilties: Unknown.

Alright fans, prepare for the large debate! And bet upon your favored version of Prime/Convoy, who would you think would win? Remember, toy incarnations such as Classics or Alts don't count! :popcorn :)

EDIT: I have included WW Prime, and RID Scourge. Considering that WW Prime was attributed in the comics... and not only a toy, same goes with Powermasters Prime. And since RID Scourge is also "G2 Laser Prime".

Every version? Where's Powermaster Prime, G2 Hero Prime, and War Within Prime? None of them are toy-only as they all appeared in comics. G2 Laser Prime was also featured in the Japanese G2 manga from 95.

Read. Toy versions don't count. But I'll throw in WW Prime for the hell of it. Powermasters Prime is technically Ginrai, who isn't actually Prime.

Read. I said they were in comics, which you said nothing about not counting.

You forgot Beast Wars Optimus Primal and War Within Optimus Prime.

And my vote would be War Within Prime since that version is case fresh, straight off the Matrix upgrade assembly line, untouched by battle & ripe with power. Plus it's just my favorite version of Prime ever and I'm biased... :)

Primal isn't "Prime". They're two completely different characters. He dosen't count.

Almost all of the Primes you listed are completely different characters.

And why did you put RiD Scourge in there as RiD Scourge rather than just G2 Laser Prime?

I have to second Ktulu... if you're going to add War Within Prime (thus showing you count comic only characters) you NEED to add Powermaster Prime. He featured quite prominantly in the later issues of Marvel's G1 run... and he's the one I want to vote for!

RID Scourge is essentially similar to G2 Laser Prime, alt and robot mode wise. I decided to include him too.

So essentially, only your own rules apply no matter if they make sense logically or not? And you expect people to cast their votes based solely on those rules of yours?

As I have previously stated, anything series or comic-related can be applied to this debate. Anything that is non-series/toy versions don't count. No Alts, or Classics. Btw, in your words... bet upon your most favorite, then tell everyone how he could defeat the "other" Primes.

So do you count G1 cartoon Prime, G1 Marvel comic Prime, G1 Dreamwave comic Prime and G1 IDW comic Prime as the same character? Because I see quite a few differences between them. Especially between emo Marvel Prime and no-nonsense IDW Prime.
