What got you into G1 as a child?

    Optimus Prime, hands down. I mean, I watched all of the classic cartoons in my childhood from GI Joe to He Man to Looney Toons, but Transformers was different. Optimus was a role model, as were the other Autobots.

    I was also ( Still am) fascinated with the transformation sounds and weapons fire.

    The first three episodes. I remember not being able to wait for the next episode and to buy the toys.
