    Hey All,

I was wondering which figure you guys recommend to use with Unicron? I am thinking a scout size figure would give it a nice scale difference, but not sure what to use.

What do you guys recommend. I prefer to keep it G1 accurate if it can be.

Also, how do you guys like Unicron, would you recommend buying him? Is he worth the $150 asking price?

    Thanks,

    ------------------[Update]----------------------

So I skipped on the 2010 Unicron and bought a repainted Armada Unicron. I matched him with a Armada Primus. So instead of spending $300 for this scene, I spent $110 total.

I am disappointed though. The size scale is still not right. Cybertron is way too small in comparison to Unicron. It is the angel I took this picture at that makes it look larger.

I guess I could always say this was one of cybertrons moons. Only problem is he destroyed them in planet mode, not robot mode.

You're probably gonna wanna look for some Legends. You could hunt down a Universe Legends Rodimus if you've got the cash. Or wait for Reveal the Shield Legends Megatron or Starscream to hit the shelves.

Buddy, Unicron is supposed to be the size of a planet: none of the toys are going to match him in scale.

How about the WST... How big are those?

I also know that nothing will match his scale... lol... but wondering what line to use.

They would need to be Microscopic in order to be in proper scale. WST is as small as you'll get.

Funny you should ask! I just wrote a piece about him for my blog - The Universal Dominator

To sum it up, I love this figure.

I agree that the WST would not be anywhere near scale, but they are as close as you're gonna get unless you use a shrinkeration/imbiggining ray

BTW, it's not like the cartoon did too great of a job on scale either. In Galvatron scenes, Galvatrons scale is really off.

    Are there any WST Galvatron?

Nope. Your best bet for a smallish Galvatron is the Robot Hero or Heroes of Cybertron pvc.

I may just have to display him across the room hung from the ceiling. Maybe the distance will give it extra scale.

Or maybe pose him with a knock off wst fortress maximus. That may have somewhat proper scale

    Unicron is awesome, Primus too:2c:

I'd pick him up now before his price skyrockets even more. I got in at the original preorder price of 134 and its only gone up since:2c:

WST or PVCs.... That's your best bet. Sorry.

    I agree.

Find the smallest rendition of Fortress Maximus ever made and that might still be too large.

Next time you have a snack, just pretend the crumbs on your shirt are Transformers. They're almost in scale with Unicron.

a WST or a Legends figure should do you well... yes, they are still too big scale wise, seeing as how in the Movie most characters were about the size of his eye, but in all reality, watching the original show, they NEVER stuck with scale, even thruout an episode. i was just watching episode 11, or 12, from season 1, and at 1 point Megs is standing next to a human, and only bout 2.5 times taller, then in another scene, a human is in and Smaller than Primes hand..who happens to be the same size as Megs... go figure

so all in all.. a Legends or a WST will be fine... especially if you get a Fortress Max like you stated

Bottom line, the smaller the better, but nothing will ever be to scale.

Its funny that a few months ago I had my WST Megatron in Unicron's hand and even tho not true scale he looked pretty good like that.So I would say the hell with scale and just try it my way,if you don't like it like that then just take Megs out (if you have WST Megs that is).Hope that helps.
