That Beast Machines Maximal Snake, Night Viper was his name?

Eh, anyway in snake mode he's very twisty turny. In robot mode he can be posed in absolutely any position imaginable.

Masterpiece Rodimus is pretty damn poseable. HftD Skystalker & DotM Crankcase shouldn't be overlooked either.

D'oh1 Forgot about Mirage, which is ridiculous considering I have one in front of me (well, SE Dragstrip)

any figure that can pull off a 1 handed handstand with his legs facing in different directions is incredibly poseable.
and we call him Classics Mirage.

If we're talking joints alone, I'd say it's probably one of the Blackarachnias or another arachnid or insect with tons of ball joints in the multiple legs. I assume we're going with robot mode alone, though.

Breacher is definitely super-posable for his size. So is Offshoot since his Transformation gives him double elbow hinges and an ab crunch.

Not sure about the original, but HFTD Voyager The Fallen has a crazy amount of joints. You get more wiggle room in the articulation department when you transform into a vague hunk of nothing.
