I’ve literally just got back from New York, where I’ve been for my 30th Birthday. Me and the wife went to see the sights, but because we have a lot of US dollars that aren’t worth converting back to UK pounds we mostly did a LOT of shopping… We did a lot of shopping for presents and stuff, but there’s no way I can remember exactly what we got everyone, but I’ve been through my cases and picked out my stuff. I think I still have some bits in another unopened case.

But I digress. Without further ado. My Haul.

-Star Wars Millennium Falcon. (The BMF. I took the giant box, reinforced it with another box, and took that as a suitcase. I was worried it wouldn’t take the trip, but it was totally unscathed. The only thing was I had to destroy the box to open it. Ah well.)
-Star Tours Donald Duck as Darth Maul
    -DC Direct Justice Batgirl
    -DC Direct 1:6 Classic Batgirl
-DC Direct 1:6 Harley Quinn (What can I say? I dig chicks in spandex.)
-Transformers Collection 15 Stepper (for $20 US!!! $20!!! One of the shop guys even had to question it!)

-Star Wars: A pop up Galaxy (So cool. I was sold when I opened a page and a freaking AT AT stood up out of the book.)
-Art of Alex Ross: Mythology (Picked up in the Metropolitan museum of Art, they’ve got a superheroes exhibit going at the moment)
-Birds of Prey: The Battle Within (Got a bunch of graphic novels, they’re half price from my point of view)
    -Watchmen
    -Walking Dead Vol 7
    -Walking Dead Vol 8
    -Arkham Asylum

And the title of this thread? Ever think Voyager boxes are a bit too big? Well, this is what I got into Bulkheads Voyager box, toys, accessories, instructions, everything.

-GI Joe Comic 2 Pack, Storm Shadow/Snake Eyes.
-GI Joe 12 inch Cobra Trooper
-GI Joe 12 inch Storm Shadow
    -TF Animated Jazz
    -TF Animated Snarl
    -TF Animated Bulkhead
    -TF Animated Soundwave.
-TF Universe Nemesis Prime (So sweet, but I’ve not had time to transform him yet)
    -TF Universe Legends Jazz
    -TF Universe Legends Hound
    -TF Universe Legends Megatron
-Movie Masters Batman Begins (Couldn’t find a MM Dark Knight or Joker figure)

If anyone can get more into a Voyager box, well, I’d be amazed. But I tell you, that’s the last time I say those boxes are too darn big. Perfect for transporting toys.

Forgive the crappy pic, I was just sorting through it all. But right now I’m feeling dizzy. Its either the jet lag (been up for almost 24 hours with short naps throughout) or the plastic crack is catching up to me. More detailed pics to follow if I survive.

Great haul there tikgnat! I can't make up my mind as to which one's more awesome - the Millennium Falcon suitcase, or the Bulkhead box-o-surprises! :lol

Here's some shots of the pop up book.

    The cover. Interesting no?

First page. A freaking pop up AT AT. Each page has one major pop up, and a few related smaller pop ups that unfold out from the pages.

A very impressive pop up, the cantina and all the assorted aliens and wot not from it. The fold outs actually fold out better when the page is fully opened, but I'm using one hand to hold it and one hand for the camera. Couldn't be arsed to get the tripod out, hence the fuzziness.

Also impressive. Vaders head actually has his skanky head underneath which you can see when the book is not fully opened.

With the book fully opened the Vader head closes up!

And to top it off the last page features Vader and Luke mini pop ups, WITH FREAKING LIGHT UP LIGHTSABERS.

If you're a Star Wars fan and thats not sold you on this book then you are weak with the Force.

I like the idea of stuffing a Voyager box with toys and other goodies.

    Anywho... nice haul, tikgnat. :D
