Awhile ago, they were filming a scene for Transformers in Washington. Until a police car drives into the set and Bumblebee crashes into car. That imediately stop shooting for the day. YouTube - Transformers 3 Bumblebee Camaro Crashes while filming in DC‏ But I heard that Micheal Bay said, just like shia labeouf's burnt hand, they were going to work with it in the movie. I watch the movie thinking when will the crash happen? Yet it didn't.
Maybe that's how Bumblee got captured in Chicago. It really bugged me how one second the Autobots and the humans were regrouping and about to counterattack and the next second Bumblebee's on his knees as a prisoner. They skipped something somewhere. Edit: maybe not. I forgot Ironhide was in that video.
they never use footage where someone gets hurts. bay said he would NEVER would use footage like that.
rarely, but it has been done. Road Warrior is the first example that comes to mind. (of course that was VERY pre digital effects)
This. I'm pretty sure that this is one of the shots during Optimus' "We're still on Earth, and we're working with the humans and stuffz"-speech. Granted, the only thing that we really see in the shot in the final film is Optimus and his trailer turning the corner. That's it. We don't see any other Autobots in the shot. Nothing special, nothing hinting that it's the scene from that unfortunate event. Just Optimus Prime. Turning a corner. At least, that's what I think.
I dont think they would have even thought to add that to the movie. The Camero was busted up real bad.
I'm wondering where the Shockwave/Prime fight went. The one you see in the burger king commercial. You see them mele fighting each other but not in the movie. I'm wondering if that's when Shockwave says "Optimus" then hauls ass running. Its like they had a fight then he fed the scene mid fight or something
i think that fight sequence was shown the movie but from a different angle. with CGI you would be able to take the fighting robots and show them from any angle you wanted, so its def possible and definitely easy to do
