So wrong it made me scream NO.

So right it made me laugh until I cried.

I spend most of my money on Transformers. I had to give up Warhammer 40k because I couldn't afford it anymore. I also spend my money on DVDs and video games.

    EDIT: Books too. Mostly manga.

My car and entering car shows. I had a sponsor for 2 years that helped pay for the car mods but now they went under so Im on my own. Its hard to decide sometimes what to spend money on. But in order to keep winning at shows the car takes a lot of my extra cash.

Outside of TF's, my fun money usually goes to any of the following:

    -Legos (including the occasional Bionicle)
-Busou Shinki (wallet-killers since each figure is rougly Supreme-class priced thanks to overcharged shipping)
-Misc. Action figures (McFarlane Halo figures as of recently)
-Model Trains (my parents usually fund this, although I have to buy the paints. They double as paints for my customs, though, so the money goes father than it usually would)

Star Wars collecting is my other large money spending hobby besides TFs. I also collect video games, sports cards and other toy lines, but not as actively as SW & TFs.

Fish keeping and weight training are also hobbies of mine.

Despite my puny TF collection, most of my expendable income goes towards errands (family, groceries and bills), DVDs (mostly anime), and bike stuff.

The next franchise I collect the most is GI Joe.
After that, most of my hobby spending goes to materials I use for making props (wooden swords, wooden knives, lightsabers, toggles, charms, jewelry, etc)
After that, it's cash for going to the movies; and then cash for buying DVDs.

Beyond all that, I don't do much hobby spending.

after loosing interest in transformers quite a bit since the movies started.... I only buy a select amount of toys now... I used to be a completist, so now my money usually goes to....

    eating out
    dates & women
    guitar lessons
art supplies & toy making supplies
    rent
    groceries
    transit
    alcohol & bars/pubs
    various career expanding courses

all pretty boring and typical shit honestly... :s Not any other geek obsession unfortunately, haven't really been grabbed by anything other than transformers and I'm slowing loosing interest in it as I turn 26... :(  I find myself looking back rather than forward and enjoying it a lot more... Almost done of my scratch built custom diaclone... gonna post the it soon!!! :D

For me it's DVDs. I buy a lot if them -- usually TV series in boxset form. After that, books. The trouble with working in a bookstore is that you find things you want a little too easily.

Magic cards, books, food, admission tickets when needed, games when they interest me, toy dinosaurs. That kind of thing.
