I found a protoform Prime at Wal-Mart yesterday and it came with the Movie poster. On the back is a line up of the figures from the movie and their alt modes.

I absolutely have to have the Leader Class Prime and Megs. It occurred to me though......anyone know how big these figures are?? are they the same size as the Masterpiece figs? (The hands on the Leader Class Prime look strikingly similar to MP Prime's)

Also, anyone know what the retail price will be on the Leader Class figures?

    THANKS to anyone who posts!!

He stands a couple of heads shorter than MP Prime. He's not tiny, but he's no Supreme.

Thanks....Hopefully there'll be enough of these figures to go around and we won't be stuck waiting forever like we did with some of the alts and Classics figures.

Also, what does everyone out there think of these figs? Are you guys and gals as excited as I am?

Well, at TRU and Zellers, unless they mess around with their prices again. They'll be just south of $60 at Wal-Mart.

Alts and Classics don't have a cartoon/movie tie in. Leader Class Primes will be plentiful.

Hasbro is banking their entire financial outlook for Q3 2007 on these. You bet there's going to be more than enough for everyone.

For once, I'm not in that "I gotta get them all" mentality about these. Megatron may look nifty on a hollywood screen, but I can't stand the way the figure looks at all.

Prime, Ironhide, Blackout, the Real Gear series ... those are cool ... but I just can't get into the line knowing that Megatron looks that awful.

Given the usual Hasbro exchange rate, something like £39.99, perhaps going as far as £49.99.

I'm informed by Ra88 that Ultimate Bumblebee is going to be sold in NL for 110€, typical exchange rate on that would bring him out at around the £80 mark, so it looks like the UK is getting the "swap the $ for £" treatment, again.

I think I might just pick a few up in stores when I'm in the US, it certainly will work out cheaper that way.

So what's that poster, a walmart exclusive pack-in? The poop rockets I got from Target have no such thing. What's it a poster of?

It's a movie poster with the dark background and the transformer eye looking over the planet Earth.

The outside of the package has a sticker on it that says "Includes Bonus movie poster."

dont have to think about it, really, its a known commodity. its leader class, which makes the price range pretty much automatic based on previous lines.

I was excited about leader Megatron until I saw the most recent pictures of him. Hopefully stripping the paint and rapinting him silver and adding my own details will save what looks like a menacing piece of mecha.

Hey, there are people who don't know the size classes off by heart. That's you know, the whole reason for this thread existing.
