Well, as everyone knows, I'm sure, Hasbro is releasing images of new toys every day until the 12th of February. Well, of course they're going out with a bang, so what do you think is going to happen on the 12th?

 

What's left on the TF Prime front?

Voyager Starscream? Skyquake?

 

Yes, RID Bulkhead, too, Breakdown, Airachnid, Dead End, etc.

Either way we need three. I pray for Bulkhead, Skyquake and Airachnid, because they wouldn't release images of spoiler characters, and/so those are most likely, because it would be kinda boring to release images of different size variations of the same characters. And Bulkhead doesn't count because they already released pictures of Arcee.

 

They'll release the RID line and reveal a few toys.

Yeah, that's likely. But it doesn't mean they won't release an image of an unexpected toy...

 

I don't know about unexpected surprise but I expect to see a properly transformered (or closer to it) Bruticus that will blow us away. That thing is a couple of tweeks away from being an awesome combiner. (retail expectations not 3rd party )

I do think this year will have a lot more on display than last year. But we are getting a lot of reveals before the 12th so I can't see much being "new" but we will see the actual toys at every angle this time.

Shorten Blast Off and I am perfectly pleased with Bruticus... desperately hoping that's a mistransformation.

We need to see a bunch of Cyberverse, I don't think we've seen anything from the second wave of Legions.

 

When is that supposed to be released?

 

With them showing off so many new toys lately my hopes are extremely low we'll see ANYTHING new at Toyfair. I hope I'm wrong but I'm not holding my breath.

 

I know, right? He doesn't need much to be PERFECT.

Turn around the spikes on Blast off, shorten arm, bigger shoulder, turn Swindle upside down and a few swivel joints on the front of the SUV to form a foot, turn the upper half of Brawl a bit more square, and have some swivels in the same way to form a foot, turn Vortex a bit chunkier, put those turrets on his hand on his back, and he would be absolutely amazing. Not to mention making the thighs thicker and shortening the shoulder pegs.

And they could have had Blast Off go on upside down and have the hand flip out of the front of the shuttle instead of the legs, then the spikes would be facing the right way AND he'd have a chunkier arm, like he should.

My guess: all the new releases will be announced and about half of the fandom will think they are the best thing ever whilst the other half thinks they could have done better.

Then the two halves of the fandom will have at eachothers throats, nitpicking on details in eachothers posts in order to prove to the other side that they are right and the other half is wrong whilst a minority stands on the sidelines wishing we could all just hug and get along.

 

Feb 12th big reveal will be......Human alliance Soundwave with deluxe soundwave, wheeljack, leadfoot and.......*drum roll* MIRAGE(Dino)  

 

Oh, and as to option 3, Everybody here gets happy for whatever they do on the 12th, I can't pick that for any reason, cause there will be a group here on the boards who will find a reason to whine about it. Even if it is a reveal of a masterpiece everyone wants with perfect paint, perfect articulation, perfect everything. There will be a group to whine cause the color of the paint is the wrong shade, or not the character they want.  

 

They'll pack up and close Hasbro.
