What do you think BBTS will do?

    After Backfiery came in yesterday, I decided to ship my POL with them. Then today I noticed that my blood set is now processing.

    My POL still has not shipped, do you think they would be able to get it in to the shipment I currently have?

    I e-mailed them already, just want to see your experiences with this.

    once you hit the ship button, they won't. I have had similiar experience where the shipping order was sent to their storage area. If they have not gathered the stuff they MAY be able to cancel the shipping order (unlikely) and let you add it in, but my experience in general is, once the order goes out to shipping dept, its out.

    Oh well, it wasn't the blood set I wouldn't even care. The pure awesomeness of the set make me sad as I will wait until at least Heavy labor comes in then. Sadness.

    nah, no worries, you proibably have enough stuff in your shipped PoL to have a good time ;)  If it makes you feel any better, I got my PoL shipped last week to me, and now Backfiery is in stock=/ I did get the blood upgrade though.

    You know what, BBTS sucks balls. I mean they really freaking do.

    So as suspected, they refused to add the blood set to the shipment. OK, I am fine with that. Why do they suck balls? Well, because I freaking hit, ship my loot on freaking Monday at around noon. What's today? Wednesday, at freaking 7PM. That is like 53 hours and they still haven't shipped it yet. They'll probably ship tomorrow, so like 72 hours.

    You figure in those 72 freaking hours, the "great" BBTS client service staff can add 1 item to the shipment. I really have no damn clue what this magical, mystical client service you guys are referring to is. It's like everytime I do business with them they always seem to fail me.

    I cannot wait to get my TC and find something wrong with it, at this point, I am almost certain of it.

    I don't have any real advice, but I hate it when this happens to me on BBTS. I ship my PoL, and then something else I want comes in stock or goes on pre-order like two days later. Arghhh.

    It's not even that. I am willing to deal with the fact that I shipped before something came in.

    The thing that upsets me is the fact that my loot is not yet shipped. My other item is cleared and just sitting in a new pile of loot. It's been sitting their since yesterday. Their is at least 36 hours that they could have merged the two.

    But nope, sorry nothing they can do. I just hate how everyone always defends them and say they have the best client service. I am a Client Service Director. I know damn client service. They do the minimum, at best. Literally, every freaking time I order for them I have an issue and they don't do shit about it.

    THEY SUCK!

    when you goto check out...if there is a combine shipping option their cart will show you the additional cost to ship it with the pending items that are currently being processed for shipping.

    i have done this once or twice...

    Same thing happened to me, I got ship notice today. So, about 2 days to prep and send it out the door.

    I didn't bother to see if Blood could be added, I figured they would probably say no. I'll have to wait now until probably spring to see it when the rest of Hercules is in the new PoL.

    Actually, no. They don't. You chose to ship your PoL and they started the process of shipping. Do you have any idea how complicated it is to process, house and ship 100's and even 1000's of orders in a week? Of course you don't or you wouldn't be making such ridiculous claims. They don't suck, they just have procedures in place to ensure you can safely ship the largest amount of items for the cheapest possible cost. What a bunch of assholes.

    I think you find something new to complain about on BBTS every day. When hot items such as the final FP insecticon come in, it takes a bit longer cause everyone is shipping their loot. It is the same way (to a much greater extent) when HTS puts their SDCC exclusives up. Can't really hire more employees every time a hot item comes in and people ship their loot. Took a bit longer when FP Bruticus came into stock there as well.

    Maybe don't ship your loot on the same day as everyone else is going to ship theirs. It is like not understanding why so many people are on the road at rush hour.

    You know you always love to chime in here with this stuff, always protecting them. Do you work for them?

    Really, so how hard is it to place a note or something to add the blood set to this shipment. It's impossible I guess.

    Maybe you could explain why I have ordered from other stores on line and it doesn't take them 4 days to ship something? Why have I been able to work with other online retailers like amazon and add something to a shipment. Amazon ships A LOT more stuff then BBTS does, but they were surprisingly able to do it.

    It's not rocket science. You just act like doing that would be. They do suck. They make 0 effort. Realistically, I wouldn't have even cared had they shipped it 24 or 48 hours since I hit ship my loot. It is the fact that they will have 2 days to figure out how to add 1 item to an order that have been sitting in their warehouse for 4 days.

    So please save your, I know everything spiel. They suck. Pretty simple. Their great client service, is minimal service. Great clients service, means above and beyond. Not minimum client service.

    This is the exact reason why all American client service jobs are being shipped overseas. An overseas team can do the same exact job at 1/4th the cost. So at this point, I rather have BBTS CS be shipped overseas. Maybe it would save me the extra charges they like to put on their figures.

    This I understand. But if the item is just sitting in the warehouse for 4 days, you telling me you cannot add anything to the order? You know what this tells me.

    1- CS doesn't even bother to try
    2- They have a shit inventory system so this in fact is not possible

    I have worked with smaller stores that have been able to do more.

    I know I can't imagine it. So, doesn't bother me personally too much. I didn't bother to ask them. I imagine these rules are in place to help make sure everything goes smoothly and no mistakes are made once the ship order is sent in.

    I'd like to have it with this order, but I'll be having another in the spring when Hercules finishes up anyway.

    I only chime in on unreasonable posts and yours was the top of my list today. BBTS was merely the vessel. But keep up the fight.

    Well, last time, when I recieved the Arcee not as described on their site, you wrote that it is my fault and I should have known better because the numbers didn't match some magical scale.

    That thing had the whole torso broken off which they never wrote, but it was my fault and I should have known better.

    How is that unreasonable?

    Also, let me ask you a question, you have 4 days to get 1 item into a shipment, is that unreasonable to you? Is it really?

    Plus you never answer me why countless other online retailers can manage this small task, but the great BBTS cannot.

    I really don't think I am being unreasonable.

    Your comment that 'THEY SUCK!' was unreasonable. It's certainly not crazy to be disappointed with poor service but you chose to ship your items, not them. Your situation is definitely unenviable but its not one that requires a hate filled thread.

    I know HTS and TRU havent been able to do it in the past. Once it is marked for shipping and entering the warehouse, it is done for. Unless you have toured BBTS and seen exactly how it is run, you cannot make a claim that they can do it with any level of certainty.

    That sucks Alucard that your stuff has been sitting. I have had nothing but great experiences with BBTS but it seems that you have been shat upon by them... I think that if your POL has been sitting this long blood should be added just my :2c:

    I think a really good question you should ask yourself at this point is why do keep ordering from them? If nothing they do for you really suits you except for saving a few dollars in shipping, is the extra stress it brings to your life really worth it?

    What could possibly keep you going back to such a company over and over again that makes you get on this website and express your hatred for them and imply that others shouldn't use them?
