Me, I like to have a cool 80's horror movie running in the background. In my computer room I have a TV and DVD player along with my computer, so I usually pull up a pic of the figure I am customizing on the computer and popin some cheap horror flic or even a cheezy action film from my childhood aka the 80's!!

Last week while creating my custom Springer I watched

    Adventures of Ford Fairlane......twice

    Dawn of the Dead

    Day of the Dead

    The Last Boyscout

    and last night....Monster Squad!

I am going to clearcoat two customs I have finished, so I am going to watch

    The Gate

What do you do while customizing????

I'm easily distracted, so I have to surround myself with really appropriate material like music from the TF franchise, relevant images etc. And I browse these forums simultaneously to see what cool stuff people are coming up with.

....I need to watch Dawn of the Dead again. Cool film!

Yeah, its awesome. I actually took the time to read the script for Day of the Dead a few weeks ago it is pretty cool. You can see where Romero used some of the Day script in Land of the Dead.

What happened to Romero. His movies were cool, but the Diary and whatever the new one is called sucked. Big time.

And to the other poster about singing, nothing wrong with that. Sing bro! It's good for the heart and your soul!!

So I've heard! I haven't actually seen any of his new stuff because they didn't have the same appeal to me as the older ones. :(

I usually do my customizing at work while I wait for my simulations to run. Or I'll work on them at home, after the kids are asleep, while my wife and I watch a show.

It all depends on the mood I'm in. Usually, I'll have movies or tv shows playing, sometimes music (metal & punk mostly). 99% of the time, it's tv though. Last week while working on my Classics Optimus Prime WIP, I watched a few Star Wars movies. Other times I'll slap some tv show DVD sets on--stuff like Buffy, Supernatural, or Smallville.

I'll have a DVD going on in the background normally. Sometimes I'm just not bothered enough to change it, so I just keep it replaying. Last month, I bet I watched the 1986 TF:TM about 40 times (no joke on the estimate).

Me too, I ended up watching The Gate three times while doing my custom Brawn scout. But, what the hell, it was a cool flick. For anyone who has not seen it, it is an excellent 1980's horror flick.

I turn on the radio and listen to some 710ESPN. It's usually sports talk, but if I'm in the garage at the right time I'll catch a Mariners game on there.

    This, NPR to be specific.
Or Social Crime Radio (full length stand up comedy).

Other times I have anime in the background, usually Ghost in The Shell SAC.
