Currently at the end of my third year of a Bachelor of Science double major (physics / pure maths) and bachelor of engineering (mechanical). Last Semester I was working in the bar at a convention centre, this semester I haven't been working. I'll be working for about 6 weeks on this laser research project thing in the department in January / Feb, then probably starting physics honours.
I used to be an Applied Optics major... loved playing with lasers and lenses, but hated engineering. Teaching suits me better.
Sweet! Yeah I'm not a big engineering fan, been thinking of dropping it if the physics side of things goes well enough.
I'm an office manager for a small company, arrange music/ instruct drumlines, and teach private drum lessons
I am in charge of a small thing called the Universe. You may have heard of it. J/K I work for a television station and am the heart and soul of the shipping/recieving departments. Been doing that for six years now. You work there? I LOVE Maid-Rites! I will have to intrduce myself sometime.
I'm a video tech for AU's College of Veterinary Medicine. Which brings me to this: Something I read right after completing yet ANOTHER video clip featuring this 'action' for some student's thesis presentation. XD I also teach classes for the university off and on.
Manufacturing Technician for Intel Corporation. Administrative Specialist for the Army Reserves. Student at Portland Community College working my way into Portland State University for my Bachelor's in Computer Science.
Ouch man, I know all about those guns. I keep my hand at least 1 foot away from the gun when shooting those nail guns. Recently somebody accross the house from me dry fired the gun by accident and it shot off my safety glasses. Luck for me that money I spent on some strong safety glasses paid off and I nothing happened, not even to the glasses the nail just bounced off. If I didnt have those glasses I would be minus one eye. Construcion is one of the dangerouse jobs out there, but I get paid good.
heh, yeah, i was framing a wall on the deck and the nail hit a knot or something and blew right out the side of the 2X4 ~ didn't even know anything was wrong until i turned my hand over...
Underpaid retail worker drone, but I'm looking to get out of that soon. Oddly enough, I still won't be using my Bachelor's Degree in Journalism.
I don't do anything currently but I'm aspiring to be a musician, an artist, and a webmaster herlopz. As for jobs I have had, I've been a retail grunt, a gardener, and a mural painter thus far.
