And don't have alot of room t store em?
Give them to me!
Or maybe try to build more shelves. Why exactly can't you display them though?
Get more creative with storing them?
Throw away OTHER things you don't need/want any more. Buy tubs to store them under your bed if you can. Consider throwing away packaging(painful, I know). Rotate through the ones you REALLY like displaying, and consider giving the ones you've grown dis-interested in to needy children.
I rent a basement and the wifey complains however I never though of the tubs, I could do that
Thanks for the suggestions
No problem! I live in a one bedroom condo, so I know ALL about tight spaces. I also pick and choose the figures I buy very carefully, considering weather I have the space for them. Though that doesn't mean I don't have a collection that I can't display completly.
Well other then the movie ones I think Im going to have to pick only one I want, (Optimus Prime and Shockwave I will always get lol and Soundwave too
I'm suffering from this problem as well. I plan on buying shelves I can just hang on to my wall to try to get room for all of them but probably by next year I'll run out of room again. I suppose I should consider buying a bigger house
I don't have alot of wall room lol and theres no way Im getting rid of my Autograph Frank Thomas Stuff lol, Once my son moves out I'll have a whole room lol
Find some kind of industrial pressing machine and compress some Transformers so that they are flat. They can then fit into very slim spaces.
Put emm in packaging and stack them next to a wall, or into the closet they go.
For now they sit on the floor. And on my desk. And on my coffee table...
I actually sleep in my closet, heh
Ive had to put mine in storage, but I had shelfs put up in there and I have some displayed. I need to get a bigger unit though.
I put shelves everywhere.....EVERYWHERE.
I've going to be getting rid of a load soon because not only do I not have much space at the moment, but I'm going to be emigrating soon. It'll be sad to see some of them go
I currently have such trouble finding room to display the rest of my collection.
Right now, the toys that don't have a place to be displayed are all lying on my daybed in my room -- I got a fairly decent-sized room to have both a regular bed and a daybed.
I'm hoping to find a bigger display case... not too tall, though. I have a low ceiling in my room.
get a bigger house/apartment lol.
Well since my wife and I are saving for a house, I can only display a few of my favorites and every few months or so, I go in and change it up. The rest of my collection which is ops/megs/um's, classics/universe and cybertron are all boxed up in my "office" which is about the size of a freaking small bathroom.
One day though, I'm going to have a man land with Ikea Detolf cases on the walls and then I'll show then in all their unboxed glory!!!
I feel your pain.
I recently have come to the cold hard fact that I can't buy them all! I have probably 1,000 Transformers stacked up in one of my spare bedrooms that I am about to sell or trade. From now on I am only buying Gen. One. I still have my TF room with many TFs in it... But unless you have a wharehouse there is no way to store them all.
And please know one respond with the old ...."Whats wrong with the other toy lines" argument. There is nothing wrong with collecting any of the Toy lines. I use to post pics on here of the entire Energon collection displayed on one shelf.
If there are any you don't really want, sell them.
