Well, Armada is the Transformers Cartoon that introduced me to Jetfire & Red Altert, but I mainly watched the series because I liked hearing Gary Chalk, David Kaye, Kirby Morrow, Scott McNeil, and & Matt Hill. The show itself had its ups and downs, some mildly irritating characters (kids half of the time, and Scavenger), but I enjoyed it. By default, Hot Shot was my favorite character, but nowadays he tends to be mildy annoying.

I never get rid of any of my consoles, for this exact reason.

Sometimes I get an urge to play things. Once I needed a SF vs X-men fix and I dug my Saturn out. Ahhhh.

Armada also gave us Supercon/Deluxe Prime, which remains one of the best deluxe molds ever IMO. I wish I had picked up the White Ultra Magnus repaint of this mold when I had the chance.

Bendy Prime- one of the best Prime Molds ever, and a Deluxe, too!
Sideways- Great character, gimmick, and I really liked the toy.
Starscream- Worthy of the title Autobot. Moreso than Hot Shot.
    Demolisher- Awesome fig.

    And the last three episodes.

Starscream, he was the star of that show.

The Armada game was/is awesome. Beat it on every difficulty level and loved every minute of it.

I liked the smaller cast compared to some of the later series. Merc Scavenger was awesome. As well as giving Jetfire something other than autobot bus. The Sideways thing got a little confusing but at the same time it was awesome. The epic battle agianst Unicron was good too. This was also the last time I didn't have to stare at ugly CG Boxformers for a while. Finally Starscream and even Megatron proving that in the end, the Decepticons had a heroic quality to them. Then Energon came a screwed it all up...

It is 2 in the morning here, I don't have the stamina to type so much. I'll just leave it simple:

    It ended.

Armada was awesome. No where near as good as G1 or Animated but far, far, far better than Energon or Cybertron.

Demolisher, Cyclonus and Starscream were all awesome characters and Starscream had one of the best Transformer deaths ever.

The story potential of the mini-cons was excellent, even if it was only ever touched on in the comics. A new race created solely as a trump card in an arms war was a cool idea.

Wheeljack and Sideways were two characters of great, but misused/wasted potential.

The first Unicron reveal took -all- of us by surprise, I think. ;)

Starscream was an excellent character whose story was told in a very unfortunately-delivered manner.

Also, the final episode arcs were decent, if clunky.

I think the cartoon's portrayal of Starscream has got to be the highlight of the line - a very different, but very interesting twist on the traditional vision of the character. Likewise Sideways, who was one of the best characters of the Unicron Trilogy, period, never mind just Armada.

The video game was also great.

It gave us a proper Unicron toy after over 20 years of waiting. For this alone, I am grateful to Armada.

Armada is omething I enjoy much more with hindsight. After watching E & C it made me like it a hell of a lot more. I never got RID, but Armada was a decent run and had really good toys.

In fact its the toys that really got me into it, the scaling is brilliant (especially for a TF line). Shame its sequals were not of the same standard.

Armada toon was really good once you get to the episode "Decisive Battle". The Armada comics were better though.
My favorite characters were Scavenger and Jetfire.

I never got any toys though.

Actually, yes. And don't target me when most of the people in this thread are saying the exact same thing.
