It's kinda up in the air, since the line was only released in the UK 4 months back, and Hasbro UK aren't even shipping things in order.

The below have almost definately been skipped by Hasbro UK

    Override
    Red Alert

    Armorhide
    Clocker
    Undermine

    Unlikely;

    Crosswise
    Brimstone
    Thunderblast

Galvatron appears to have not made the cut either.

From Armada, we got most of the unique moulds, but not all the repaints. Wheeljack was only spotted in a few places, IIRC, but Cheetor and Air Razor didn't make it here, nor did Powerlinx Cyclonus, Demolishor, Hot Rod, Nemesis Prime, or the repainted Emergency and Sea Teams.

Energon, we didn't get Jetfire, Mirage, Kicker and Highwire, Barricade... hrmn.... Wing Saber and Mega-Dinobot, I think? Most of... nay, perhaps ALL of the repaint toys. Oh, except Unicron.

Energon Strongarm and Offshoot made it here, actually. And I think the repaint limbs did as well. But nothing larger than those.
IIRC the reason Armada Wheeljack never came over was to do with his scratched out symbol. The myth is Hasbro EU decided they didn't want to release a toy that defaced one of their symbollic images.

From experience, it seems to me like the later part of a line rarely makes it here. We tend to get most of the earlier stuff but Hasbro UK simply doesn't release the later waves instead leaving toys off the shelves for months at a time. Though with Cybertron the fact Woolworths won't carry the line is pretty much the end of it. I think we'll see a lot of toys not making the cut in future unless Woolies carry the line again. Without the high street pressence that Woolworths gives the line the sales are going to be way, way down.

For Energon, we got all the basics except wave 8, and all but 4 of the deluxes. The rest was all a bit random.

I think a lot of the Energon line DID get released, but different shops stocked their own little selections, you had to look so hard to find some its no wonder we think we missed loads.

I saw Offshoot at Tesco's for instance, but nowhere else.

I found Energon Storm Jet in TRU once and, I think All of the limb's for Superion in various 'The Entertainer, Dominos, and TRU' stores.
I found the Energon Construction limbs at the Entertainer, but they just had 'Wideload' and 'Bonecrusher'

Ah, yes... oh, that reminds me - Doom-Lock and Command Ravage made it, too.

Yeah, I had a feeling they did but I wasn't 100% sure. I never got those two, though, which could be why (got the Japanese versions instead)

i honestly think although woolworths has axed the line i think it is doing blissfully well in other stores. toys rus seems to sell quite well and even though there is alot to choose from people seem to be buying them.

the entertainer and other toy stores also seem to be selling the transformers very well. although there to be honest arent enough toy shops to buy from and all the kids above the age of 4 months want mobile phones, wear burbery and become chavs!!

Yeah, six weeks on it certainly seems that way. Still, the range in the TRUs I have visited hasn't been that great (Landmine was the only deluxe I ever saw, and the Ultras weren't moving. Heck, there were Energon Ultras still lying about!)
The line seems to be doing okay but you can't deny that it is merely a shadow of what it was back when.
