Hi all! This is my first time ever posting a topic on here, and I wanted to hear your thoughts on this. Since we all now know that IDW is continuing the Marvel comics Transformers storyline! I was thinking it would be pretty awesome to have the next collectors club exclusives fit that theme and finally bring some of the previously comic exclusive characters into beautiful plastic, lol. Here are some of my idea's:
G2 Jhiaxus- Generations Thunderwing repaint with new chest and head sculpt
Emirate Xaaron- Reveal The Shield Windcharger repaint with a new headsculpt
Impactor- Generations Darkmount with new head and a spear to replace one hand
Macabre- Hunt For The Decepticons Terradive repaint with a new head
Scrounge- Cybertron Ransack repaint with a new head
G2 Decepticon cannon fodder- set of three, repaints of Generations Warpath, Reveal The Shield Mindset, and the Generations War For Cybertron Megatron, all with new headsculpts
Centurion drone- Leader class movie Brawl repaint with a new headsculpt

So what do you think? I actually wasn't really too sure about Cunturion, or Scrounge, I couldn't think of the right mold that would fit best the character, I do like the idea of Centurion being massive compared to other characters though, lol. Well let me hear your thoughts on this, and your ideas, and let me know if I missed anyone.

G2 Sideswipe :)  seeing as how all those Sideswipe fans were really disappointed when the classics mold was only put out exclusively through the Botcon custom class :p

That's a good one, and I'd really like to see that mold in black, and in a wider release than botcon. I suppose I should mention that yes I do realize that the G2 characters will not be appearing in the IDW continuation of the Marvel comics series, I just feel all these characters deserve figures of their own finally :)

Hmmm, That's an interesting choice, also probably the closest to his alt. Mode from the marvel comics. Would have wanted something in a larger size class though, too bad nothing like that has been produced :-(

I really want a Jhiaxus, but I think it needs to be from the Cybertron Starscream mold. I think that comes a lot closer to capturing the look.

But what I *really* want to see are Diaclone repaints - blue Bluestreak, Marlbor Wheeljack, police Sunsreaker, black Ironhide. I can't believe we haven't at least gotten a blue Bluestreak yet. That seems like a no-brainer.

I agree, but if he's called Nemesis Prime, there will be an outrage on this forum... :lol

I personally don't care what they call him as I have no attachment to RID...

True, I think the RTS Prime mold is going to be reused for a new Thunderclash mold too...
I highly doubt that we'll see a Nemesis Prime from that mold that is not a kitbash, and it's extremely unlikely that Hasbro will call it Scourge either considering it's most likely being released in a line that would be a continuation of Generations.
If we do see this as a black Decepticon it is probably most likely going to be released under the moniker of Nova, after the Nemesis Prime from IDW comics, or possibly as The Fallen, however I see that as being a whole different can of worms...

Remember, Hasbro is starting to create figures with the intention of making new heads for them so these ideas do not have to club exclusives but can be general release!!!!

Especially of the Diaclone repaints. If they do club exclusive Diaclones, let it be shit that can't be done at retail. Marlboor with a new head, black Megatron, etc. I'm losing faith in the club, though. They could have done G2 blue Grimlock but instead we get Skybite.

Slag club exclusives! I'd would want general release instead. Perhaps a public SG series or a true Generations line that represents all series.

A public SG series would be awesome :)  If only to get an affordable SG Prime, but also it would be nice to get a series with compatible figures, and not incompatible repaints from different series.

I would rather have Skybyte. Sorry, but G2 Grimmy in the Classics mold? No thanks. Overkill worked in the mold well enough.
