I think I might actually have the answer- all, or at least most KOs we see come from China, where I believe there's very little in the way of copyright laws, or at least enforcement. I'm guessing the WST Snarl comes from somewhere else (too lazy to check) so it may be a sue-able location.

In other words it'd be like if Mattel tried to make a mini version of Cybertron Optimus Prime.

Time will tell.

I want to see some pics show up in the Toyark of this fella before I'm convinced completely. I mean, it's a neat toy and everything, but...I'm a real cheapo. That's a lot of money for the novelty of a WST toy.

However, I am more inclined to get this guy than I am a lot of the other stuff that's shown up recently. For example, if given the choice to spend $30 on this guy or Stepper or Rollbar, I'd choose this fella.
