    It's armor attack batman from the old mattel comic batman line. It was only released internationally I believe in either late 04 or spring 05. It came with armor attachements and some weapons like a batarang sword.

    Mattel is releasing an all new sculpt Batman figure in wave 3 of DCSH set for this month. It has the same if not a bit more articulation, and the sculpt reminds me of the way Jim Lee drew Batman in "HUSH" from the comic, although its not directly based off of it. Its more along the lines of a modern rendition of Batman in the eyes of 4H. Retooled Mr. Freeze w/added articulation, reissue Robin, and all new sculpt Azrael round out the wave.

    It almost looks like the 2nd DC Direct Batman/Superman Batman from the Supergirl story.
