I was bored,so why not start a thread?.basically the title says it all, what are your weird habbits?.you can also post about habbits that people you know have if you want. My main habbit is i keep biting my nails!.and im not sure if it is really a habbit, but when im watching T.V,the volume HAS to be on an even number.only when its my T.V though,on other T.V's it dosent bug me.
As an aspiring voice actor, I usually practice the voices I can do. And then I end up having conversations with myself using each one. I snap out of it though
I go out of my way to close cabinets and drawers. For whatever reason, leaving them open bugs me. I'll go around the kitchen just to close all the cabinets my parents left open. Dumbest thing ever.
Whenever I play video games (Arkham City, mainly), I always do a walk through-style narration. I just can't stop...
I chew my nails and everytime I scratch just ONE part of me I have to scratch all over. I also have a habit of cleaning up things when they are just a tiny mess.
If I'm sitting or laying down in one place for a long period of time I'll start rocking my legs back and fourth. And in class I tend to play with my pencil a lot. That's about it. Also I can never understand why people bite their nails. Like, even if I wanted to I couldn't.
I have a habit of going out of my way to make sure every door (well, the ones that can be accessed from the outside) and window downstairs are locked. For example, it just bugs me seeing the front door unlocked and wide open (even if it's to let in fresh air and the screen door is locked); windows, only if there's no one home and/or if it's at night. Paranoia and OCD, very likely. I also have a habit of stroking my chin when I'm thinking.
I bite the living shit out of the skin around my finger nails. It's terrible. Do it a lot under stress and I'm rather self continuous about it. I like to play with my hands a lot too. Generally playing on my phone, playing with a figure, playing bass, drumming with my fingers, what have you. Generally something. yay anxiety
I also talk to my stuffed animals (sometimes when they're not even in the same room as me), and still do this thing where I pick at the dead skin on my thumbs.
