UPDATED: The third Transformers Live-Action film is now upon us. Time is running out, and even though Hasbro speaks of expanding the film franchise to a fourth film (and beyond), for all we know it could be a complete reboot with a whole new look in regards to how all the robots appear (though, according to Don Murphy, not likely since it would mean redoing everything, which costs money). This could soon be the end of complicatedly complex Michael Bay Transformer designs. So for while we still have time to let our voices be heard and for toys of this unique style to be made, I ask of you: Q: What are your top 5 most-wanted Movie Bots that have yet to get a transforming toy? -List your absolute top 5, and then any others list as "honorable mentions" after that (y'know, the ones that almost made the cut but still need mentioning). Feel free to give reasons and explanations as to why you would like to see them get a transforming toy. -IF YOU MUST (and I know you will), feel free to also list any other toys you would like to see of characters who already have toys, but in size classes they currently do not have toys in (Leader Shockwave, LEader Truck Megatron, Leader Ratchet, Cyberverse Driller Playset, Wreckers in car or Stealth Force modes, etc.). ------------------------- Mine are: 1. Dispensor (Dispensor - Transformers Wiki) -He turns into a soda machine! -Like Ejector, he has been used in promotions for the film. -He had his own online game. -He can shoot soda cans! 2. Flatline (Flatline - Transformers Wiki) -He's the mad Doctor Frankenstein of the Transformers Live-Action Universe. -He turns into a 1960's Hearse! -He made Arcee into the 3 Bike sisters. -He just looks damn evil. You know he's thinking up something diabolical. 3. Nokia-bot (Nokia-bot - Transformers Wiki) -I'm surprised we didn't get this in the Real-Gear line. -He has a very unique robot mode. 4. Overload (Overload (ROTF) - Transformers Wiki) -He has 2 alternate robot modes, both of which look awesome. -You can never have too many movie Constructicons. 5. Scrapper (Scrapper (ROTF) - Transformers Wiki) -You can never have too many movie Constructicons. Honorable Mention: 6. Hightower (Hightower (ROTF) - Transformers Wiki) -He got such a strange robot mode and a vehicle mode we don't see used very often. -You can never have too many movie Constructicons. Existing Toy Characters for other size Classes: 7. DOTM Leader-Class Megatron -Necessary for all the DOTM Leader Optimus Primes we are getting, and he would look great next to Leader-Class Sentinel Prime. -The damaged part of his face should light up with his eyes. -Aside from his tarp, he NEEDS to come with his shotgun and some metal chains to wrap around his broken torso (or at the very least some chain details sculpted into his torso). -The shotgun will fire 1 missile and like Sentinel Prime's shield/cosmic-rust cannon, have some transforming "Mech-Tech" ability. -As another accessory, he could include a little Igor figure if he ends up not having much when compared to the other DOTM Leaders. 8. DOTM Leader-Class Shockwave -Like Leader-Class BumbleBee and his separate "Stealth-Force" weapons pack, Shockwave's figure should not contain electronics, allowing it to have an unhindered transformation and his trademark arm cannon should be a separate electronic component of his toy. -The arm cannon will feature electronic lights & sounds and fire 1 missile. -The electronic arm cannon should be removable (like on the voyager) and like Leader-Class BumbleBee and his weapons pack, is able to be transformed and integrated into Shockwave's vehicle mode, allowing him to have a 3rd "Stealth-Force" mode.
