During the franchise we have plenty of humans and Transformers working side by side with a lot of things showing some interesting dynamics as well as close bonds. Which ones are your favourite? Mine are these.

Jack and Arcee from Prime: I have to say this is my favourite partnership by far because of interesting the dynamics they have with each other and the bond they have. :)

Sari and Bumblebee from Animated: They're a lot of fun to watch because of how much the're like siblings. :lol

Alexis and Starscream from Armada: This is certainly a touching dynamic these two have. I like how She tries to help Starscram out and I felt sorry for her when she got upset about his death.

Dylan and Soundwave from DOTM: These two pretty much have a pretty good teamwork when it comes to putting plans in motion.

NEST and the Autobots in the movies: I loved how the humans and Autobots work together in the films this way. It shows that the humans can put up much of a fight to the cons as the Autobots. :thumb

Why is it I knew who the author of this thread was just by the thread title?

    Hee hee, Starscram.

Glad you liked it, it was one of the many disapointing aspects of the movie personally.

Oh, and Powerglide and Astoria. It's a partnership that makes me laugh.

G1 should have used that for one of their trademark insults, lol.

    Biased much?

Also, you missed the key partnership that started it all, Spike and Bumblebee from G1. I liked Sari and Bumblebee the most out of the ones listed.

I kinda wish they'd stayed with the original Spike and Hound relationship.

I think Jack and Arcee from Prime was really well done, more so in season one. It seems like they've downplayed them in season two. Miko and Bulkhead have had their moments, but Bee and Raf just don't work for me since I find both characters to be non-entities most of the time.

I've yet to watch Armada, so I can't comment on the often mentioned Starscream and Alexis.

Bumblebee and Spike in G1 are pretty "meh" to me - don't dislike them but wouldn't say I like them a lot either. It never really got any development and was just sorta there. However, I liked the brief friendship between Ironhide and Carly in the "Immobilzer" (I think). And I'm probably one of the few people that thought Powerglide and Astoria were rather funny.

I liked Bumblebee and Sam a whole lot in the first movie, but in the sequels it feels less like a true bond or friendship and more like Bumblebee is Sam's pet at times.

I think the human/transformer partnership/bond/friendship thing is something that's really not been done to its potential very often. When it comes to the topic I usually think more about what could have been rather than the examples we've got (say, Ironhide and Lennox or Sidewipe and Epps vs. Bumblebee and Sam in the movies).

Lori and Scourge. it was cool seeing this big dragon wince at a little girl yelling at him and scolding him for being evil.
also in that respect, Lori and Override. actually the 3 some of them i thought were done well enough that it wasnt over barely comic relief, and it wasnt optimus alone touching a character to change it was this little girl from earth.

    and lastly ...
    Holi and jean
    Star saber and jean
jean has got to be the least annoying human in all of transformers history and actually stayed out of the way and was nothing more than a friend. when he did get involved, he actually made a difference and wasnt held captive becuase he didnt do more than he should.

Sari and Bulkhead and Bumblebee. They were pretty entertaining, and Sari especially got a long with Bulkhead really well.

Oh, I wanted to say Headmasters, but I see you meant something different. Jack and Arcee, Miko and Bulkhead and Kicker in general. I didn't like Ironhide soooo much, I found him the most annoying in Energon.

Ohh and don't forget: Human children and Sky-Byte :lol

Tracks and Raoul as part of the early 80's NY breakdancing scene. Classic.

Starscream and Dr. Arkeville were cool too.

Dr. Wu needs to give us both Raoul and Dr. Arkeville.

G1 Bee and Spike - a classic, where it all began.

G1 Powerglide and Astoria - Sweet and funny, even if it lasted only one episode.

G1 Jean Minkaze and Star Saber - a human adopted and raised by aliens? Egad!

RID SideBurn and Kelly - the pursuer and the pursued. A funny and crazy relationship that always makes me laugh.

    TFilm's NEST - A great idea, if JOE-inspired.

PRIME Bulkhead and Miko - like it or not, it's sweet the way they cared for each other in ROCK BOTTOM and HURT.
