Prowl, Mirage, Wheeljack, Swerve, Rodimus (sdcc exclusive), Nemesis Prime (sdcc exclusive)
BT-17 Black Convoy trumps all
Clear Rijie (Mirage)
Haven't really been following alternators, when I looked up prices on eBay for some Binaltechs I'm selling the most expensive ones are:
Wonderfest Black Convoy ~$400
BT-07 Smokescreen (#1) ~$135
BT-08 Meister ~$140
BT-14 WheelJack ~$140
BT-07 Smokescreen #2 might be worth some moola too, but I didn't see any completed auctions for it.
White Binaltech Meister.
KissPlay Rodimus is also ******ed expesive
Wow! thanks very much, no doubt anyone who has these are indeed very rich.
Not really rich, but more like able to get the pre-orders when they had to.
I was able to get all of them [except for Black Convoy] for around 70 shipped a piece when they were released individually.
I knew those were expensive but did not know they are going for those prices. Damn! I have a complete MISB set of all BTs and Alts. What do you think they are all worth total?
From what I gather, BT Black Convoy, BT Rodimus, BT Clear Mirage are the most expensive. Then comes BT Smokescreen, Prowl, and Meister (I guess you can throw in Wheeljack as well).
Of the Alts, Swerve is the most expensive. Then comes Alt Nemesis Prime, Alt Hot Rod, Alt Mirage, and Decepticharge.
Anyone know how much the right hand drive Alt Silverstreaks go for?
What's so special about white Binaltech Meister? I've got one sealed, but didn't know it was going for that much.
Alt Hot Rod is still going in the $50-$60 range, last time I checked. Really, it hasn't gained that much in value since Comicon.
Nothing special except that Meister is a popular character. The white one is more G1 in terms of color than the red so even moreso popular. In fact, the red is not even called Meister.
Alt Hot Rod's price has remained steady but still is double retail ($25).
isnt the red meister called zoom zoom??
I've been following Alternator prices and from what I've seen Swerve is by far the most expensive. For Binaltech's which I follow even more closely (since I have them all) BT-17 goes for $400+ and then BT-18 seems to go for more than $200. White Prowl and White Meister have also been gaining. I've seen them sell for over $150. BT's are beautiful toys and I sure hope they make more of them with different vehicles.
See now $400+ is just far to much to spend on something that would be cannibalised into Trailbreaker.
MISB Binaltechs, BT*, and KP's have really shot up in "value" over the last 2-3 months. I know cause I've been looking for a red BT-8, and blue BT-15!
Value in order from what I've seen MISB
BT-17 Black convoy (the Japanese version)
BT-18 Clear mirage
--In$ane Money mark--
BT-8 Red Meister
BT-15 Blue Prowl
Zoom Zoom is an unofficial name for BT-8 Red Meister. In the bio for BT-08 (the same whether its white or red) it mentions that some of the Autobots have started calling the Red Meister "Zoom Zoom" due to the body beginning to develop its own personality
Heres who I have befor I stopped collecting the BT line of TFs. They are all BTs except for Rumble,Ravage,KP Prime,Mirage, and Skids. Nemi is the SDCC version.
nemissis prime, optimus, smokescreen, mirage, rodimus, and of course miester
I might have some data to help after this weekend I have almost every binaltech figure listed on eBay right now. The only ones not lists are Black Convoy, Mirage, Hot Rodimus, and Grimlock.
Of course I'm not getting rid of my opened binaltech collection and my MISB Grimlock they are my favorite part of my collection that I'm keeping
BT-17 is easily the most expensive. I've seen it go for $500+ MISB, but I'll won't be selling mine.
