What are these about? Are they leader class or deluxe size? How are they different from other figures?

    Your Talking about Scouts.

They are Scout class toys that come with human companions or sometimes a little robot like frenzy on HA Barricade.

The H.A scouts can be also used a MechTech weapons for bigger toys. In other words Playability option are endless.

He asked about Human Alliance Deluxe not Basic. As far as I know, there is no such thing as H.A. Deluxe. Rather, there's just HA and then HA Basic.

The basic are the scout-sized ones that Autovolt is talking about. The regular HA are the bigger ones that are, for the most part, around voyager sized. They're all in-scale, so some of the smaller guys (e.g., Skids) can be barely bigger than a big deluxe. On the other hand, bigger HA's like Barricade or BB are bigger than a lot of voyagers.

HA Deluxe is basically the larger Human Alliance figures like Jazz, Bumblebee, and Sideswipe.

Although, by size and cost, those are closer to Human Alliance Voyagers...

Adding more terms to the HA line just makes it more confusing. It's always just been Human Alliance and Human Alliance Basic to me. HA is the main line where Basic denotes a smaller line. No need to add "Deluxe/Voyager" whatever onto them. Though I agree that at the size and price point they're definitely Voyager class.

Anyone know why the basic HA humans are smaller than the normal ones?

I hadn't noticed they made them smaller. It's a shame though, they were already out of scale too small to begin with.

The human figs started getting smaller towards the end of the original HA line (ROTF/HFTD). Both Agent Simmons and Captain Lennox (which came with Mudflap and Jazz, respectively) are smaller than any of the previous HA Human figures (Sam, Mikaela, Epps and even Frenzy).

I don't see how its confusing that PlanckEpoch says, basically its just 2 types,HA Basics and HA Deluxes. When you say HA Deluxes it don't automatically mean deluxe size,it just means deluxe quality. So for people like me it doesn't matter what there called when you know the difference.

    Ah I see.

I'm sorry but the humans should stay the same size IMO. Scale for Transformers I've just given up on, but if Hasbro is gonna have a subline with people in it keep them the same size at least, sheesh.
