In all honesty - while I was disappointed with some elements, nothing got me 'angry' as at the end of the day it's just a film and nothing to get so worked up about.

Don't see how a movie like this could anger anyone unless they expect too much.

The acting is good from what I've heard, Megan Fox did better than she did in the first movie. She faired pretty decent.

I tell you what has angered me about ROTF.

Crazy friggin fans who use terms like 'angered' to describe feelings towards a family entertainment film. Honestly, you would think this film was some kind of satanistic gore fest promoting a cult the way so called 'fans' are up in arms.

Nowt. Jolly good mindless action flick; frankly, it was like watching a "grown up" extended version of the old cartoon I watched as lad. Far moreso than the first one (which I also enjoyed for what it was). It might not be everyone's cup of tea, but it's hard to see what some people get so upset about in a Big Summer Blockbuster.

If I want a proper film based around taut storytelling and characterisation, there's plenty of great cinema I can, and do, watch. Hell, I'd rather read a decent book. This was Transformers - a film about toys I played with a child & loved to bits. It contained huge robots (awesomely created, animated and rendered by ILM, it should be added, exceptional effects work), stuff exploding, great fight choreography, a hot girl, enough "plot" to get from one fight to the next, and didn't try to be anything it's not. What's to get angry about? It's meant to be fun, escapist, jawdropping, nostalgic, a way to sell toys; pick whichever one, but it does that.

Terminator Salvation - now there's an example of wasted modern cinematic potential, worth feeling disappointed about, because it's a confused film, wildly missing a mark of which it was never sure- but that's a whole different kettle of fish.. apples and oranges, i know...

Getting angry over movies is bad for the heart. I am not sure what anger is good for, maybe, for military offensives ?

By the logic in these responses it is safe to say that you can't be happy with a movie either. If you can't be angry with something you can't be happy with it either.

That it seemed to be written very lazily. Immature potty humour only suitable for teenagers that is to rude for kids and to immature for adults.
Megatron is no longer leader but a lacky.
To many pointless annoying 'comedy' characters. (leo and the twins)
Half the Autobots didnt do much but fire lasers.
I know its a family summer bloockbuster film but that doesnt mean it cant also be an intelligent well written film.

Nope it has to be dumb and loud, and if you don't like it you are dumb. I heard that some where. I reserve judgment for the whole film till I see it but what I have seen so far let me know that I won't enjoy the whole movie, that is for certain.

I didn't get the chance to be angry, walked into the cinema this morning and noticed loads of kids with parents queuing by popcorn/drinks counter, asked the girl serving the tickets -

"how many of them are watching transformers?"

    she replied "all of them"

i replied "i think i'll come back midweek"

Hardly angered, more confused about this, anyway....

    SPOILERS

The Fallen. Unless someone can explain it to me properly, why the hell was in the Nemesis all along? And could he not move until Optimus was killed since that was the first time he stood up? It didnt seem to make alot of sense to me.
