The board game "candy land" Is one of the first toys you outgrow
and that usually happens the second time you play it.

If your kids are'nt that in to transformers they will be able to grow out of it themselves. Or stay involved in it because it is a rocking good toyline.

I'd say 10 or 11 before they stop "playing" as in, pew pew! take that megatron! pew pew pew! then just start enjoying them on a more adult level like a rubiks cube or something

I dunno. I think the last time this question was asked, we had a few collectors admit to pew pew pew every now and then. (I'm sure the thread's still around somewhere...)

I don't do the pew pew part anymore, but I still transform 'em, pose 'em, etc. I can't put 'em down and I love it!

Not sure of an approprate age, dude.
Maybe when the arthritis kicks in fully.
    Or when the eyesight falls.
Or after the senility is fairly obvious.
Or after the box is closed for lowering.
(although i'm taking a few with me)

    Get the picture.
    There is no age.
    TF's are ageless.

    My timeline:
Age 13, officially stopped with the pewpew play (G1).
Age 16, kinda stopped collecting in favor of other 'interests' (besides, I didn't like G2).
Age 24, got back into collecting, making the occasional pewpew (Beast Wars, I think).
    Age 30, closet pewpew'er (BW, BW2, BM).
Age 36, hardcore pewpew'er. Mainly because my six-year-old daughter loves TF's and we play with them all the time (all lines except G1 and some Classics).
    -Passing the torch...

...but still play with the toys. Will till the end.
