I'm not sure what is going on thanks to the different pics but from what I can gather, you have the jet mode on the right track, but it will take more work then lots of painting for it to end up how it should. Will it transform or partially transform with parts that have to come off and be reattached elsewhere? The bot mode looks okay but needs something done about that pecker crotch I'd say before you can call him done. Very ambitious project and it is moving along ok so far. Man I would have to really suggest you finishing more projects before posting a WIP then posting the WIP with or after the finished custom. Or something... I say that because it seems you post a WIP for just about everything lately, even when you don't know just what you are doing next or how it will come out. Then you post on your own threads which bumps them repeatedly when your post has little or no response. It comes out looking like you are mostly talking to yourself sometimes and bumping down the new work of people who deserve to be noticed for good reason, not just "I added new tail fin but my neighbooor stole my headlight out mi car." I doubt I'm the only one who sighs at seeing so another very minor update from that guy with the captain awesome self taken shades indoors avatar. Just advice all around on the custom and the WIP(s). As usual, no offense intended. You seem to take advice to heart well so therez mine.

Ehm... yeah I just like it that way, that's how i can also look at how I started, but also use these thread for planning is always changed in the first post... and offcourse motivation and tips So I really need to work several project at the same time, this way I can keep busy and spread throughout the day
Woah... THAT'S JUST WONDERFUL(LY AMAZING)! I mean seriously, you custom is turning out way different from what I imagined (in a good way of course).
Thnx everyone but I haven't worked on this one for a while... since I really need another Starscream just for another set of small tail-fins And cash-flow is depleted, maybe if someone could donate those parts? (you can easy disassembled those should-parts and they weigh almost nothing)
awesome concept.....but did you have to butcher such a rare toy, seeing tru cybertron starscream used for a custom makes me cry lol it turning out nice, but you should of just used universe target dirge
thnx wait it was rare??? dang Owell... the Energon blades where missing so that's why I didn't do research thnx for the tip now I can also look for that bot for the parts
