For my stop motions it´s important that the TFs can look up and down.
So I´ve decided to replace the neck with a ball joint. I took it from a spare Gundam.
    Note:
If you follow these steps, the weapons cannot be placed inside the toy´s chest.
    Warning:

If you decide to follow this tutorial, I do not take any guaranty in no way. I am not responsible for damages or pain or cuts on your hands or in any other way!

Because of limitations fo pictures upload, there will be more than 1 post from me now...

    The following tools are required:
    *Dremel

    *X-Acto knife or scalpel

    *Hot glue

    * ball joint

    _______________________

1.Cut off the neck of the toy with the knife.

2.Unscrew these 2 screws with a Phillips screwdriver:

    3.unscrew this screw:

4.This hole needs to get bigger. Cut it with a Dremel or knife.

5.Drill a hole into the head, but make sure, there is no hole visible from the outside

    6.Try to fit the joint:

Head should move from this position[IMG]to that position[IMG]

    7. Take apart the upper body:[IMG]

    8. Cut off a small amount of plastic. This will cause the head´s increased movement
    [IMG]

    9. This is where the lower part of the joint should be glued to:

    10. Use hot glue to connect and stabilize the joint. In my case, there would be no need for glue...[IMG]

    11. Fit the parts together

Scratches can be repainted, so don´t worry...
Now you can put back the screws and arms. That´s all.

    Be careful using the tools!

Cool man! Ball joint necks should just be standard.
