Weller sentenced to probation, won't go to jail

    I don't understand why you would complain about putting a guy in his 90's in prison saying it wastes tax dollars yet at the same time if he was in his 20's, 30's, or 40's you'd have him thrown in there and he's most likely get life and be in there even longer.

    I agree that the elderly should be retested every two years. I work at a gas station and I see them driving around all the time almost causing / causing accidents.

    Heh. at first, I thought this said Welker ...

    Whoever said it'd be a waste of taxpayer's money to send this guy to jail, I agree. He's old. He can't last much longer.

    I just hope other old folks don't learn from this and think they can get away with road rage now.
    Both sides have a point on this one and Im not sure what the right thing to do with him is.
