WHoa! Personally, I love it, robotic with a clear samurai influence, but you can guess what his alternate mode is.

    Cool stuff!

He looks like he just received a UFIA. Other than that, fantastic work!

Very nice. Fits the style and still looks just like Bludgeon.

Kickass, but the head is to goofy and to big.

It is. These half-then-flip ones get that way because I have really no control over proportions what so ever. 0_0

Maybe I should draw the head separate from now on if I do any more of these.

nice work, youve totally captured the movie feel... BUT

just a couple of problems with the mirroring.

firstly, you did his eye a bit close to the seam, so his eyes look too close together, hence that 'goofy' post from someone earlier

secondly, having something COMPLETEY mirrored never looks that great anyway.. even if you just make a few small adjustments to either side to make him not so completely symmetrical it would make a huge difference.. and also if you could have hte lighting coming from only one direction rather than coming from a line going down the middle of the page that would be better too.

other than that though, good work

heres a very quick badly done example of him in an asymmetric pose with his eyes further apart, and with a bit of perspective:

Well... Its not supposed to be perfect so it whasn't my aim.

I only do the mirroring with these since it saves time and can be cranked out fast. Quickie stuff.

But I appreciate the concern. Just don't edit my pic, I find it a bit demeaning. =) Nothing personal.

dont owrry no offence intented, just that a picture speaks a thousand words n all that, especially when trying to explain about how something looks

It does. It conforms to allmost every standard of the movie designs. 0_0 (think the hood would have needed to be a tad more segmented and the tighs more bulky to contrast the lower legs... also the head needs fixin'.)

Ofcourse, I can never claim to be an ILM concept artist.

Unless you mean that I should have made it gaudy or more X-TREEEME to fit your idea of how it looks. But you can't ask that of everybody. We all have different perceptions see. =)
