Please close ... thanks !
lots of great stuff there. Too bad you have to sell it. The value is probably in the neighborhood of 5-6000 if everything is as complete and in as good shape as you say. That Black Zarak alone I have seen sell for 3000, if it is boxed. That being said, do you know anyone who is able to drop 5 grand on toys in one shot? You will make more money if you split the collection up, you will get more interest more buyers and be able to sell at a price that is at least close to what you want.
Good luck, like I said that is great stuff and will move fast if you split it up.
$3000 for a Black Zarak? Try $2000 if its sealed. Now when you say no broken gold parts on BZ are there other broken parts besides the shield?
I would agree with JBB. Nobody will buy a black zarak for $3K.
Would be best to have pictures and feedback.
BZ is in amazing shape, the tail joints are perfect and the only gold plastic that has damage is the shield ( typical huh )
I'll post some pics of GrandMax and BZ, their boxes, packaging, inserts & unapplied stickers to try and get a better reference on price.
Thanks very much for your input.
I'd suggest you might not want to do it ALL as a group, as you just won't get the price you're looking for. You don't have to do it ALL individually, either.
How about something like
Grand Maximus (by itself)
Black Zarack (by itself)
Brave Maximus (by itself)
God Ginrai unapplied stickers (by itself)
Metroplex - reissue, Omega Supreme - reissue (together)
Optimus Prime 25h anniversery, Soundwave 25th anniversery (together)
Micromaster Military Patrol, Micromaster Hot Rod Patrol (together)
Skydive G2, Fireflight G2, Air Raid G2, Slingshot G2 (together)
God Neptune Giftset (by itself)
TFCC Piranacon Giftset (by itself)
Baldigus Giftset (by itself)
The loose stuff can also be "grouped" with similar items. I'd say if you're looking to move quickly and minimize the work for yourself, but still get good prices, split the difference between one giant lot and selling them individually.
I understand feeback is very important - I've only purchased two figures from users at TF2005.com - Defensor and Bruticus from HotSpot_2001
And just so no one thinks I'm wasting their time
Good point. I think what's been holding me back from piecing it out
is my attachment to them, and it would be easier on me to see it all go at once.
Maybe I need to stop being a girly-girl about it
Sorry to see you have to sell the stuff. I think you bought Menasor from me too. I can vouch that he was a good guy to deal with in our transactions.
I wish I had the money at the moment or I'd return the favor and take a couple of those other items off your hands.
What's your price for the FM? And is that the funky reissue?
Well it appears there is signifact intrest in individual figures -
I'm waiting to hear from somone who might pick up the whole lot. Will respond to PMs once i find out.
Pm sent if you whole lot buyer bails out.
