    Given that sewing needles have no place in a food factory, this has got to have been deliberate, and not a machine or operator error.

    Man, like Delta needs any MORE problems. They're barely even using the Cincinnati/Kentucky airport these days, and that's their biggest hub outside of their Atlanta HQ.

    Well this is what happens after a company has went bankrupt multiple times, cut backs have to be made in the sandwich department.

    You think if they have metal detectors for the passengers they would at least screen the food somehow too.

    Someone should get into serious trouble for this.
