Well, I'm 23 years old and weigh 150 lbs. This weekend I took my bike out for a spin getting a buddy of mine his birthday gift (a bottle of Gentlemens Jack)... Anywho, throughout the trip I'm getting extremely exausted, with my heart rate probably going up. I was feeling sick than I have ever felt before when I took a bike trip like this, and I've taken longer trips than that feeling fine. I work 8 hours with an hour lunch and get home around at 7PM. I'm in a rather bad neighborhood so it's pretty intimadating to bike around at night, any suggestions for indoor excersize activiaties? I've been doing sit ups and push ups but thats about all I've got on the list.
