I found those on clearance this past summer. But that price on yours looks way too expensive for a thrift store. Did you really pay $99 each for these?

the PMOP Bubble bath shampoo from the 1980's that this one drug store had on the shelf for like 5+years. the only reason it's not still on the shelf today is because the drug store close down 2 decades ago.

I see. Sorry, I did not note your location or I might have figured that out. Yes, $2 US is a good deal for these unique little figures. That's about what I paid for mine too.

I never really noticed as a kid. I would always stare at the starscream on it.

My blanket didn't last long. It started to get the feel of an army blanket and I didn't like that.

I don't know if I've posted this before, but I find this ROTF Japan Pepsi Nex promo Bearbrick I have rather weird:

I don't see that I've shared photos yet in this thread of the Silly Bandz-inspired TF "Character Bandz", but once you take 'em outta the package, they qualify as all kinds of weird. I just bought 4 packs of them on clearance at Walmart this week:

And as I mentioned in my collection/hauls thread...

FYI: the Autobot insigna ones are HUGE bands -- they'd stretch over even a chubby person, I think. However, because they are so huge, they sometimes don't quite pull off the proper shape, as you can see with a couple examples below:

I once saw this ROTF play-fishing set in Wal-Mart. It was a red toy fishing rod with a magnet tied to the line, and it came with little Optimus and Bumblee figures that had steel in the heads. However, I didn't take pictures because my mother was rushing to get home before a massive rainstorm hit the area.

Has anyone ever seen any Transformers hair accessories? I really would like a set of barrettes with the Autobot symbol on them so my hair dosn't keep getting in my face.

Don't think I've got a pic of that one, but I know what you're talking about. This is a recent gift set with a similar theme:

I've never seen any officially licensed ones, although you might want to check with TFW member Alphie to confirm this.

You might find some kind of fan-created unofficial ones via etsy.com though -- I do see a few sets from this link to etsy search results:

Etsy :: Your place to buy and sell all things handmade[0]=tags&search_query=transformers&page=6&order=most_relevant

And just an FYI: I maintain a TFW thread for official TF merch sightings -- I'm hoping it will catch on like the movie merch thread did:

I'm not sure this qualifies as "weird" -- it's actually pretty awesome for me considering how long I've waited for officially-licensed TF coffee mugs, but there is something that strikes me as a little unusual about this ROTF Deluxe Cocoa Gift Set:

My wife got this set from Big Lots for me for Christmas and it was a huge surprise because I didn't know they existed (and I track officially-licensed TF merch too).

And what's "unusual" about it for me is seeing a cocoa pack with an Autobot logo on it, and a box of "mini-candy canes" with Bumblebee on it. I never imagined I'd see either of these items as officially-licensed TF product.

Have a few other items to post, but it's taking forever to upload to photobucket at the moment. So I think I'll call it a night.
